The shop is very spacious and they have various options available in the store. The store is clean, it's easy to find what you are looking for because of the layout plan at the store (fruits and Veg, bakery, fridges drinks) The payment process was very efficient as well, good customer service and the wait wasn't that long to get to the till. All in all great service.

The food they make is lovely, and they have a big selection. But, if you want 1-3 items, be prepared to be in the shop for half an hour. If you want to get groceries proper, put aside an hour at least. The cashiers are always understaffed and do not know their own systems/specials/reward card mechanics. All in all I'd say visit this Pick n Pay out of necessity, and no other reason.

The shop itself was clean and lovely. I felt like an idiot though because the trolleys needed someone with at least a 4 year degree to remove from their station. Please make it a bit simpler or put a sign up. I figured it out finally but the lady next to me grumbled and then opted for a basket instead

Unprofessional, not answering phone and if you do get through, the lady at switch board is rude, arguing with customer, really? All I need to know, does PnP has fresh figs in stock - the department to lodge the enquiry is "non-existing" if someone does answer the call, they keep you waiting for more than 15 minutes without coming back with a Yes or a No. Now I waiting for the Manager - he is also not existing, hold-on, hold-on, really? Hearing people laughing in the background ...... where is the manager? ................................. 5 minutes, still waiting ......................................

The staff at the tills are so rude. They stand in bunches talking so loud. And when you try and talk to the teller she just ignores you. I will never go there again.

I'm disappointed with the last visit I had here. The guy packing our bags named "Ernest" was racist towards my sister and I. As we are young black women. Ernest accused us of stealing items that where already payed for but not put in the shopping bag. He asked me multiple times if the items where payed for and replied "yes" evreytime. Only later he asked the till lady if these items where payed for. Can we stop this stereotype of "black people steal". If my sister and I where to steal these items wouldn't we want to hide the items? Please fire Ernest apartheid ended YEAAARS ago.

One of your workers put incorrect contents in my PnP ASAP app. I called multiple times to get it sorted and it's delayed responses and escalations your manager was no help at all. My kids are waiting for their food. This is unacceptable, for 3 items!!! I buy meat you give me veggies????

A Pick n Pay store that has improved very much during the last couple of months. Shelves are now full, advertised promotions available, prices correct on the shelf etc. From avoiding this store in the past, it is now my no. 1 choice.

The shop workers were fitting clothes in the middle if the shop. I wanted ti buy fresh biltong..had to wait until somebidy notised me. The bloje came out of the buthery.. wioes his bloody hands ons his clothes and opened the pachaged with his habds befire he went out for a plastic handcover.I will not buy there again. Something is wrong there..seems off!!
