Horrible customer service, i just called and i was dismissed because the lady said she has no time for my questions. i just wanted a quote for a week for 2 seperate rooms. However due to the service i received over the phone ill take my business elsewhere, thanks.

Room was freezing cold.... The heater on the wall was weak and it was freezing. I asked for a heater but they could not provide. There was no water to brush my teeth or wash my face had to go Macdonalds. The people checking in are very sweet. But needs a serious lift with heaters in rooms that are strong.

Don’t tell me to delete this review, it’s consumer rights The sink was leaking, toilet seats are old, furniture is old, cannot close shut the windows cause they’re old and not aluminum, there’s a wind coming below the door so it gets cold AF had to place a towel there, the kitchenette has nothing meaning you gotta always ask and panel heaters are weak AF during winter or night time The only good thing was the breakfast and that’s it!

Excellent accomodation. I felt extremely safe and the facilities are great. Location is close to n4 and n12 on ramps. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The aircon were not working, it was hot, the service was just bad I wouldn't recommend it
