I was eating breakfast at wimpy. The customer service is excellent. The restaurant is clean. The staff is approachable and fast, they have a smile. They even ask if you are enjoying your food. I had a great morning & affordable breakfast 💕💕💕💕

I waited more than 10minutes at a table waiting to be attended while other people that came after me got immediately on attended on arrival before us,I had to call a waiter to assist when they were just passing us all the time.

Served me flat coke, the coke was overflowing and tge waiter didnt offer to clean it up. Waitress kept staring at me, workers are lazy, food was amazing and made me full.

Disappointing experience. Staff were unprofessional and uncongenial. Food was mediocre. I’ve always loved Wimpy coffee but sadly the coffee today was undrinkable.

Grilled chicken fillet salad a la peri-peri was a taste sensation! Cappuccino was so good had to order a second one! Service is top notch! THANK YOU WIMPY MY MEAL WAS MNANDI!

I was waiting for a bus near Wimpy in Saveways Witbank, my transport was a few hours late and it was cold. When the manager walked in he noticed me and figured I was getting cold outside so he invited me inside after he asked how long have I been standing there. What a human being, they offered me their famous wimpy coffee for free and I was stunned by such humility and then I had to order something because of that guy. The guy was so attentive, he was basically helping me in any way he could to locate my bus and making sure I was safe and comfortable. I don't think he realizes what he has done but I will never forget that wimpy because they care for both paying and non paying customers. Thank you Wimpy Saveways.

I ordered through Mr Delivery... Delivery was on time an driver excellent. However, this help nothing when you open your food and the chips looks 2 days old or directly transferred from a doggy bag. This was our dinner and we are very disappointed. The toasted chicken mayo was eatable but not tasty. I do not like to complain but money is scarce and it is not nice when your hungry and the food is ugly iam not a happy chappy...

Wimpies slogan is ''enjoy every moment'' but how can we enjoy a moment when the staff is not friendly. Forget to take my order and taking more than an hour to just bring the food. The food stood on the kitchen table for 20 minutes but no one brought it to us.
