Lovely friendly staff, a whole lot of children's stuff varieties to choose from and assistance is available from the staff, especially for new moms who don't have much knowledge on what to get for their lil "still coming"

The service is very poor, there is no one on the floor to assist and no one at the till point when you want to pay and it's month end

They have a big range of toys even for one of the smaller franchise store I have been to. They have a bit of everything and a large baby section. Nothing stands out here and the toys are generally better quality than competitors but it also comes at a higher price tag.

Although the isles are incredibly narrow and especially difficult to navigate with a toddler seated in your trolley, I almost always find exactly what I am looking for, if I can't find it or I'm unsure of what to buy as a gift for someone else's child, the staff are always keen and able to assist

I have purchased a walking ring for my 5 month old daughter a month ago and the seat broke off.. im extremely disappointed!!
