The past 4 times I have ordered, something is not delivered. This time there was no patties on 2 burgers. When we phoned and told the person speaking on the phone about this, she got a terrible attitude, and accused us of lying and told us she is going to let Mr.D block us.

This is a chicken snack burger that we got with our family treat meal, (one family memeber did'nt get such a good treat🤔)

Drive thru was fast

There’s nothing good about this KFC everything is poor even the delivery nothing is good at all. You order something only to be delivered after 2 hours

Arrived at 7pm but they were closed to go in only drive thru that was working and had a very long queue and the service was slow and bad

What a horrible experience. We go through the drivethrough to order our food. Just a small plain order. After paying we go to the collection window where they tell us to wait in the parking area they will bring the food. An half-hour later and nothing yet. I went to investigate on my food but they closed the doors and I'm not allowed in. They said I must wait outside and are not allowed inside.

The best KFC I ever visit. Most friendly ever. People working singing beautiful songs and they are just a happy bunch. Love this place. May God bless this place. Amen.

This is what I paid R45 for, and this is not the first time. Sometimes the food tastes rotten and the staff will be rude when asked about it. Half of the time there's no ice-cream available.

Have gone to the branch quite a few times, always hoping that things would improve but it never does. Service is always slow. They are understaffed as y9u have to wait 10 minutes just to place your order since the lady taking the orders also working in the back and packing the food that is done. Consistently bad service hence the one star. The last burger I ordered was smashed flat.

One of the worst KFC's I've been at.. fountain machine doesn't work and they charge me an extra R10 for a buddy coke otherwise I can't have my food? (First experience) Told me the chicken still has to be cooked.. it will be an extra 10mins... Half an hour later im still waiting for 2 burgers.. (second experience) There wont be a third.

Service has now become super slow due to short staffing. Either than that the place is chilled and tranquil
