Security refused us to enter because we had our dog in the car. Apparently a 'new rule' that is not advertised anywhere. We were returning from holiday with our father who lives there, and our dog was with us. We assured security that we were just dropping off luggage and thr dog would stay in the car, but they refused. So we were forced to park outside the village security gate. We and our father had to walk a long distance to his unit, dragging all the heavy luggage. Appalling. @Eden Park - please review that rule and allow some flexibility to help your own residents.

My gran is very well looked after, would just like if they clean the rooms properly.

Safe environment for the single or married elderly. Rooms, flats and houses with big enclosed area including food hall, library, frail care, etc. Friendly reception and good assistance by the security people.

It's clean staff is well trained, and the security are very strict.
