Very slow and employees were low in energy. I wasn't the only frustrated customer. There were a few of us waiting.

There is a lady called Nompumelelo at this brunch who gives the worst service. She doesn't pay attention to orders and when we confronted her, she stormed off and asked her co-worker to attend to us, after arguing with us on the details of the order.

I am taking back my good rating from my last experience, I ordered 9 pieces of chicken in the drive through, then told to wait in the parking lot for 5min they will bring my stuff of which wasn't a problem, after 20 minutes I went to check only to find out they have given away my meal😩 I then asked for my money back, then a guy went at the back and brought me a prepare meal I ordered I took it and left. Well I eat this chicken and it's rotten 🤮 it gives me runny tummy, even if people complain about your service you can't be making people sick please speak and train your staff please. and What will happen if I decide to take action on this I'll be the bad guy, he I ain't buying your KFC no more I'll make sure I pass the message to others to avoid getting 🤮 sick.

I got food poisoning from this branch once. I bought chicken pieces and had to go to hospital. I havent gone back to this branch since.

Why did the worker at the Drive Thru ask me to reverse away from the collection window when I had to wait for them to cook the eggs? No one else in the queue. Been here a few times, food is below average for a KFC (chicken often tastes old).

Always happy with my service and food at this spicific Kfc. Very friendly staff aswell.

Deliberately went into store and not via Drive Thru. Had to call twice for someone to attend to us as there was no one in the front. After placing the order, we had to ask 3 times how far our order was as no one worked on it. They focused on drive thru orders and Mr Delivery collections. Absolutely shocking.

Quit and quick service i recommend for someone who wants food on the go

Since my below comment (complaint) I have always been able to order my favorite Double Chrunch Burger. Not once have I been told "sorry we do not have any left". Thank you for listening & acting on my comments. Personally I believe the KFC Double Chrunch Burger is the best value for money. ×××××××××××××××××××××××××× Since the below rating, I have been there numerous times (often). Sadly, they (very) often do not have Double Crunch Burgers; this is highly irretating! First you wait for up to 30 minutes in the que, just to find out they have no Double Crunch Burgers... and then, wait for up to another 30 minutes, for the que infront of you, to be served :-(( This is just totally! unacceptable :-( ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××× I only did a Drive Through purchase. The Double Crunch Burger was great, but not very warm, I got the idea it might have been warmed-up; the chicken part. Nontheless, the burger was great and I will purchase there again. Update. I have been frequently buying the Double Crunch Burger. I find it good value for money (comparing to other similar places)

We Arrived at this KFC round about at 20h30 at night. When we wanted to order, they only had limited meals available... At Collection, the Staff was very blunt and made us wait for 20min, without an explanation as to why we waiting so long. Personally I will not go there again. There is a lot of room for approvmend

We been standing for 15mins on the line before placing orders only 1 teller at the tills

The drive through service was fast. Although there was a long queue. The service was impeccably fast. Shout out to the staff during the evening shift for such a nice service.

How can only one person mend the tills and serve ordered foods had to wait more than enough to get an order there

I went to buy street wise 2 with pap and gravy for my staff. When I got home only to find they didn't pack the gravy...I tried phoning but this KFC telephone number does not exist on any webpage. My order number was 1294.

U oder on line and go and collect the mix orders and confuse them self

I asked for nuggets they gave me chilli ones my child almost choked for God sake, then I called the store the lady said it's because I didn't specify but on the app it only gave the option for the normal ones .

No jokes. I was told at this kfc while standing in the drive through, we dont have chicken. Now, standing in the drive through for 20min, get to window to order, sorry sir no ice cream. Meaning no milkshakes or crushers. Total of 40 minutes in a que, just so i can leave with nothing. Terrible and mediocre service allround.

The availability of electrical sockets for customers makes it an ideal place to eat and get some quick work done on your electronic device, without the fear of running out of battery 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Been a victim twice... Of being stuck in a drive through for nothing. 1st time, no wings, like why are they open. 2nd time; Light skinned ady appeared to tell me to get in though the door as she has a problem . So now I'm stuck because the people in front of me in the drive through are still waiting for their orders.
