    Always poor service... big order mission 1/2 item.sometime no sauce/tishu. and wait for so long..if you not able to give service please close your store.

    I order a all star box meal and received bun with chicken and cheese. That's all. I only got one zinger wing and a small chicken. This kfc is really going downhill 👎👎👎👎

    Worst service ever !!!! This has got to be the worst kfc in the world. Always out of something and they always get the order wrong or leave something out of the order. I will never order at this kfc ever again. This kfc must close down. I would be ashamed to be the owner or manager if this kfc.

    1st time visited the shop and definitely my last time. Have never received pathetic service in a shop. Worse the staff were on some story they were discussing before they attended to the only 2 customers at the counter. Not worth spending a dime in this place

    So no one from staff noticed that the menu is upside down by the drive through?😅 Oh the cashier says it’s intentional cos those are old prices, so we dnt have to actually read them and ask to pay as depicted. So I asked why they dnt just remove the old posters... We can’t because we are not allowed to have the stands empty/blank. The first time I manage to get the nuggets meal cos three times I’ve been here and they didn’t have.

    I went in to the store to order and i was told i have to order at the kiosk by whay i suspect is the greeter. I told him id like to order at the counter to make my specific order as its easiest. (I was the only one to order at the time). I then got told twice i need to order at the kiosk by the lady at the till in a rude manner. I then spoke to the manager. All i wanted to swop the pap for mash on one persons meal. The manager was also incredibly rude and refused to assist me aswell. I then left and got food at burger king. This is some of the absolute worst swrvice i have ever recived i will never be returning again. All i wanted to do is speak to a person to make a simple request.

    Ordered Mr D im in steenkamp st not even a km away my burger was dry bread old and food ice cold it looked like something of yesterday the chips was rock hard. Reason for review I did try to call no response

    The service is very bad,i have put 1 star because I have no choice,this store does not deserve any star...there is no notice board on the drive thru I waited on the que for almost 30minutes only to find out that there is no dunked wings and its was not the first time today,last I time requested if they can put a notice so we dnt waist time queuing for nothing.i buy there almost every week sometimes in the morning they have stuff meetings we will wait in the drive thru without any assistance or notification that they are busy...two weeks ago the drive thru was offline about a week or two there was still no notification We will really appreciate if the management improve their communication skills with customers

    I am at a loss of words... When placing my order the response I got was... "sori sir, we don't have ANY CHICKEN" WHAT?! Say no more. Before giving this review, I've read some older reviews, and now I'm not surprised. Also, the person answering the reviews (if it is a person and not an automated reply service) should also be sacked. Answer is always the same and nothing is improving. I hear Kentucky are going to close some branches... You should close this one first. It won't affect your bottom line...

    I ordered twister and I was specific that it must be NO TOMATO with extra slices of cheese and they charged me R5 extra via MRD food. The twister came with tomato and no cheese at all...

    If i only can give less that one star i was going to give it a negative 5. My order was wrong, i orderd the 2 can dine, no pops was available but its on the meal, no coke was also available. KFC is a dying field, please shut down before you cause more damage of what is left of your reputation.

    We got kfc tonight. They wanted to give us 1 cup of coke instead of the 2 we paid for. When we got home the 1 was half and the Chips were not cooked properly.

    It's claiming to be 24 hours but if you come here at night they either do not have what you want or like tonight, it is 00:21 at nighy and I have been standing in the drive through for more than 30 minutes now. The cars infront of me have even switched off thier enjins. This place must be banned to be 24 hrs

    Poor service an the stuff is not even friendly to the customers an when we do request to our orders they always rude to is aii I'm not happy with this KFC rather close it down cause there's nothing you guys are doing in that store. Owner of the store talk to your stuff cause at the end you'll emd up loosing customers because of such behavior from your stuff, especially drive through stuff an they take they're own time to serve us... last night I waited 1 hour for my food just to find out a lady who take orders wasn't even on the till point to take our orders. Thank you.

    It doesn't even deserve a single star,horrible experience,ordering online is the worst experience ever,the second time around,I was hoping for a better experience,it got really worse,we spent almost an hour at this particular store,just like the last time. The line inside was moving at a snail's pace,only one teller who kept on disappearing to the back,horrible!!!! To TOP it all off,the special we bought online with chips,got home and voila!!! No chips,they have put us off their brand

    The service here is terrible. I have been here more than once and everytime Iwas either demeaned, disrespected and disappointed. First incident the waitress dropped our food through the drive through window, second time around they were so unprofessional and disrespect to say the least. Third incident, there was no one to help us at the drive through. Another things is they are always and I mean always out of stock when it comes to wings, a product which I believe is highly in demand at KFC
