I was at kfc this morning looking for a breakfast to bite. The place is very clean and there sitting arrangements is amazing. Staff members are very friendly. I have ordered a meal of just R59 can you imagines 😊so very cheap & affordable. I ordered BREKKIE CRUNCH BOX which is white coffee, 1 regular, selati sugar. Their coffee is very strong and awaking. I love how they prepared their eggs very rich with Protein. They chips are really improved. They are very soft and enjoyable. I'm very full and satisfied

Just had a very bad experience at Witbank Roger, I ordered a box master, the staff at the back ddnt want to make it.... staff at the front was busy begging them and they refused until I requested my refund 20 minutes later. This is the only proof I have since they retrieved the other slip..... Isaac is the particular employee who did not want to make the box master.... and Sandile the supervisor ddnt even reprimand him.....

Service has improved, we not waiting longer and the food is always fresh, the chicken tastes better now

This KFC is conveniently placed next to the taxi rank, so it can get busy. Having said that, they haven't let the quality of the food slip and the wait is really not that long. Friendly staff and their sit in facilities are spacious and clean. Well done 👏

Wow, I had well cook meat but the problem is dirty tables which take longer to be clean. I also didn't not like the fact that when one is eating in, they still serve one food in take away. I think they don't want to wash the trays for eat In, none of the customers who were eating in had the tray.

Management needs to maintain their bathrooms, you can't sell food while having such untidy toilets.

Theres poor customer services and no care, the tables were all dirty and it took time to get my order even though it was self service

Used self service which failed dismally. They did not have stock of what i ordered and fully paid for online. Was only told when i went up to collect. Poor service when it comes to self service. 0 stars this time

website does not direct you to the closeat branch to your location...then you end up here where there's. No updates on the website that this branch is out of zinger wings. So when you place your online order and get there you're informed. Sorry too late... Then you get home to find that your order is short as well. My little drop in the proverbial ocean will not drop there again.

The service is ridiculous there, had to wait for 45 minutes for our order and just when we were about to cancel. They asked "ain't you hungry to cancel since your order is ready" What kind of foolish question is that😏. The Manager has the worst attitude. To top it all off, she gave short change.

I had to get a take out because the stuff was extremely horribly rude, I was with my family and they kept telling me that I can't just sit without buying whereas I spent R400. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service because I don't see myself coming back here again. I couldn't use the toilet bcs they needed proof that indeed I bought something. I didn't even use their wifi but they suggested that I'm probably there to use free Wi-Fi. They took my slip from my little sister after she used the toilet. I don't recommend it at all🙄

The staff was very rude, not willing to assist but instead insisting I use the self service machine. The food was poorly packaged and the taste was not good at all, also gave me a runny stomach
