Staff is professional, very friendly and went to extreme length to ensure we were happy. The massage and facial therapy was awesome. Best in town

Perfect in everyway, pool is clean, rooms are spacious and stuff is friendly. Its a bit on the expensive side though, but well worth it.

The owner and her guests of this guesthouse are inconsiderate of neighbours in the area! Whenever there's an event, they make a noise until the early hours of the morning! No respect for others!

Utterly disappointed in how you treat your regular customers. Clearly you guys don’t want me to stay with you anymore. Our company recently changed agencies and we only make payment once I check out due to risk factors. They send the hotel the company’s credit card detail to claim the money. Now I’m stranded with no where to go because I made a booking with Belle Done. The owner of this place knows nothing about customer service nor hospitality. The nerve to even switch off her phone so that her employees can not reach her to sort this out. Absolute trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
