Its ok, restrooms need little attention

Its okay. Nothing special.

No only do you have to wait forever to get service but once you do get service you have never seen anybody move more slowly and have this attitude like they doing you a huge service of helping you. Looks like they only have one card machine to share as well. Been going there for years because it's the only garage on the way home and I dread it every time I have to fill up there.

BEWARE BEWARE Scan artists operate here DO NOT accept help from anybody. DO NOT buy vouchers or discount cards etc. DO NOT use the ATM , DO NOT use the ATM. My friend for his card skimmed and with 5 minutes where trying to buy furniture on his card. If possible AVOID this place. Look at the reviews of others, they particularly hitting on foreigners and tourists.

Similar to the person before we were also robbed and scammed at this garage. It seemed that at least five people from the garage were in on the scam. Absolutely dreadful. It is obviously well known by management that a gang operates here. I can’t believe steers and total energies allows their names to be associated with this garage.

If you feel like waiting 10 - 15 minute's before getting assisted with a petrol attendant then this is the place to go. Was ignored and staff is on a go slow especially if you're white. No friendliness and the place is falling apart. Horrific experience 🤬

Garage has quick service, some friendly staff, but does require a proper clean.

This is the worst Steers I have ever encountered. They never have anything you want to order. No sitdown. No sauces at tables. I frequently stop here and can honestly say, never ever again. Will report this to the Franchise as they are tarnishing their image.

Stood there for a whole 15 minutes and no one cared to help. Only 2 people were working and they were working slowly and the other staff was at the back.

Been stopping there since it opened many years ago This is a filling stations that is going in Reverse, From entry to exit there's nothing to shout about. Everything is just Bad at this site.Refering to both sites north and south

Nice and clean .very busy

Clean parking area and they are in the process of erecting shade nets for the cars. No car guards around. Vlean inside toilets too. Steers had good dependable food and chips. The lady at the till was very professional. We had a very pleasant break here.

I am only giving 1 star as it is not possible to give a -5! 😡This has been the worst experience I have had at a garage! This is not the first time I have stopped at this garage and it never seems to change! The toilets are not clean and the smell that hangs around is equal to a dead animal! The smell is close to the food area, it makes the food unappetizing!!!! The moment you step into the building your tummy starts to turn!🤢

I was robbed at the gas station!!!! Two men said they needed me to buy a park ticket with a manipulated ATM. They saw my number and stole my card, 5 minutes later 2200€ had been withdrawn from my bank account. The entire staff was watching as I was being fooled, it’s hard to imagine they don’t know what’s going on there.

Good and fast attendants, constant police presence and a good place to rest while on a long journey along the N12 route... slept here a couple of times in the last 14 months while doing my rounds in the area, never had any issues whatsoever 🙃 on the south

Always a nice experience, except when I was there the last time, the petrol attendants and cashiers was screaming to each other, even when you walk pass them, you can't hear yourself think. It was not a nice experience.

This is the worst Petro port I have ever been to. Took 15mins to get a petrol attendant. Then a further 30 mins to just pay for the fuel. Staff are rude, Obnoxious unhelpful and just down right standoffish. The steers was just as bad tried to get a coffee and low and behold couldnt do that either. Was told something along the line of the manager was still waking up. If you can just go past this place stop at the engen. Also the exit towards Dullstroom is literally one big pothole if you have low profile tire avoid at all cost!!!!

I only put one star as there wasn't a option for no stars... service is exceptionally shocking!!!!!! Not to mention the steers staff.

Shocking service by the petrol attendants with multiple cars waiting but 2 attendants at 1 car......? Also no action taken against smoking motorists at the pump even after they were made aware of this illegal and dangerous act, the attendant just smiled and laughed. Lets see who'll laugh when your pump goes up in flames.

Really rubbish service. It says online that there a car wash and on the window to the cafe bonjour it shows the little car wash icon. There isnt one. When you go inside to ask, you're just given a blank stare with a shoulder shrug. When I asked if there is any other service stations near by with a car wash, I was just ignore and the same blank stares. Very unhelpful with incorrect information. Edit: bathrooms are really dirty and unsanitary

They dont Work on a first come first serve.. U wait till they decide when they ready for you, even if you were first in line ...No customer service whatsoever
