Clean, spacious, aesthetically pleasing and their equipment is always 👌🏽. The running track is also inviting....the breakfast at the coffee shop is DELICIOUS 😋 and their wifi is ALWAYS good 👍🏾. Parking space is galore. It's always a pleasure going there and the staff members are friendly and helpful 🙂. I'm yet to attend the group training/pilates but I've witness a boxing class and looked like IT BANGED😎

The gym is big and enough machines to keep everyone active during peak hours without having to wait for someone to finish using a machine. They also have a lot of classes that one can attend. The staff members are very friendly. The cleaning staff are also doing a great job to keep the gym and equipment clean and safe to use.

Called in to find pricing on packages, and sales agent got upset because i did not want to give him my contact details first. Got rediculously rude. They clearly think they're Gods gift to witbank. Stay away to avoid terrible service.

An conducive area for fitness training and well placed in the peaceful environment. A well equipped place with a great experience and a wonderful time to meet a lot of people.

Mike you never canceled my contract like I asked you a month ago!!!! I must keep on paying. Is this how planet fitness do business....peo also be ware of the fact that you sign a contract for R299 and then thats not the amount been deducted from my account...skelms!!!

Some equipment is renewed but the staff who is supposed to disinfect and pick up weights out of designated zones are found playing on their phones and wheigts piling up needless to say there is no weights left on the racks and you are forced to use someone elses weight and disinfect yourself

Gym is well equipment Maintenance sucks Aircons and mens steam room majority out of orders It has made training suck at the moment Everyone complains but nothing is being done! This has been a problem for the past 2 years now!

Absolutely terrible sales staff. I wanted to try out the gym with the 7 day free trial that planet fitness offers. The sales staff didn't want to assist me and insisted that for me to try out the gym, I first have to commit to a 2 year membership.

Extremely overcrowded. Only one squat rack to cater for the entire Witbank.

Definitely recommend in need of additional Planet Fitness. Its getting super over crowded because its the only gym in witbank. Otherwise love the gym

It's okay. In the 7 years that I've been in and out there was only one major upgrade. Since then not much. The machines are well maintained but are getting a bit outdated. The staff are friendly but the management are hard on them it seems since the staff don't hold out very long. All in all a good gym, can be better but its decent.

Sauna is never but never working.... ladies' area needs some attention. Water aerobics are boring. There are too many members in the same time slots. Mrs bodybuilding posing with high heels in the training area also not very helpful. Not enough waterstations, and the list goes on. But they are still the only brand gym in Witbank. Without competition, they will never be on top of their game.

Nice gym and clean But they should make a rule about people putting back equipment like weights where they got them .they always leave things lying around trip harzards all over.

Indoor running track is the best for those cold winter days 👌🏽

I had recently signed up at this specific location and due to some circumstances I actually had to cancel the next day but the gym did not charge my card but they had all of my information. Since I had already signed the contract they probably could’ve made me pay against my will. The reason why I’m giving this five star review is for the management team and the associates that work at this gym. Ayanda M helped me with the entire process of signing up and the next day also helping me set things right. A huge thanks to him and the managers and the rest of the men and women that work the front desk. This gym is fantastic I would recommend this place to anybody.

Been there for 3 years now and the rowing machines still haven't been repaired? We I asked management they keep saying they will work on it

Terrible, for every cubic meter - there are 10 people. It exceeded it's capacity a long time ago, no matter the time you go. Witbank needs a new gym.

At the moment at planet fitness in witbank, the air conditioning is not work and makes impossible to gym in this heat. I know many members who have a problem with this and who don’t go anymore to gym bc it’s to hot inside due to lack of maintenance. Please see to this issue. Clients are complaining. Thank you
