😠 People recommend them but James spoke to me awful & they can't even assist 2 elderly people with accomodation. He's attitude was " we can't accommodate old people because we are not an old age home, we are full" this is pathetic. Will never even recommend them to my dog.

    Comfortable, convenient and clean. Easy access to town with quiet surroundings in the suburbs. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

    I love the interior deco inside the rooms. You have everything you need really. Clean, neat and comfortable. The pool, trees and flowers outside are so beautiful.

    Enjoyed our two nights with my team of 14. Great service. Excellent rooms. Great location in Emalahleni. Government and Florence well done on not compromising on quality.

    It just that one of the cleaning ladies by the name of Samkelisiwe was terribly rude to my dad. So it became a turn-off for me. Though they are trying but they need to first train their staff properly for Hospitality industry and also how to treat guests.

    The place is verrry clean. Peaceful neighbourhood good for relaxing away from everything.
