Pathetic "service" (understatement) 1. I was given the wrong purfume range; DKNY "Extra Be Delicious" and not the "Fresh Blossom"; the boxes look near identical. I only found this out, after I arrived home. 2. It came in a promotion box with an exstra "Be Delicious" stated as "free" on the box. The lady assured me it will still count for the "One Day Only" 25% discount 3. When I went to pay at the Purfume Till, I was told "sorry, I am closed, go stand in the "normal" row" 4. Going to the "normal" row, I found the row standing unto the back of the shop 5. There was only one (1) Till functional (#7). There were two more Tills "open", but for as long as I stood in the que (45 minutes), there were no movement at them, only Till 7 was servicing the clients 6. When I was finally helped (after 45 minutes) standing in the que, waiting with one (1) item, I was told "sorry, the promotion does not count for the 25% discount". I told the lady this is not I was assured at the purfume counter... she then went off to "find out"; she came back and told me "she is waiting for an answer" 7. By that time I was angered beyond myself. What pathetic service is this...? Disgusting is the word. It was clear none of the staff could give a dime for the snaking que, not being helped. Neither was there any Manager in sight. 8. I told the lady "just give me the damn item" I cannot waste more of my day, standing for more than 45 minutes, with one (1) item to pay for. Plus it was clear, they could not be cared about it (not their problem) 9. Thus, now I have an Item which is incorrect, and, on which I never got my 25% discount 10. It is not strange for me to spend R5000 (and more) at Dischem per month. However, I believe I need to consider Clicks from hence on. I cannot and will not accept such disgusting "service" 11. This is in fact, not the first time this pathetic service was observed; however, I then just turn around and go buy elsewhere; today I endured the torture of waiting in the que, because of the "one day only 25% discount", which as it turned out, I was declined :-(

I just want to give a personal thank you to the man that helped me choose the right supplements in the shake area of the shop I have lost a lot of weight and thank you for your good service and always willingly to help the client

I don't even know where to start honestly. The service is completely poor and the personnel does not even know the right etiquette on how to handle situations. They work on assumptions and they don't investigate situations properly. Just because of their own negligence and poor people skills someone else need to face the consequences. Why do you have employees if they can't even do their jobs. Why do you have management when they can't even lead.

Dischem doesn't even deserve a star. How can you arrest a person in a wheelchair for something small like reading glasses that will not even make dent in your pocket AFTER an employee gave her the glasses so she can see where she needs to sign, where were this employee when she started leaving to make sure he/she gets the glasses back. Will not recommend this place at all. Have a heart

I have been in a queue for vaccination. No one attending us. One staff member on her cellphone, the other having tea.

Dis-chem has fast became my favourite health shop to visit , especially since I started the banting lifestyle. There are so many options for this lifestyle from coconut oil, to sugar free , grain free flour! And sugar free sweets! There is also a great variety of cosmetics, bathing soaps, salts, oils etc. The dischem club ensures saving while buying as you get points for every purchase, which you can use for another purchase. The staff are friendly and helpful! Its overall a great health shop! And the fitness fanatics can find a home here as there is a wide variery of supliments and knowledgable staff.

Friendly Stafff, they have never been rude to me.

Always have stock of what I need and always has enough cashiers at the tills. Wide variety of healthy snacks as well!

I was thinking it's only me having a problem with the staff but after reading reviews I understand it not just me. Will support clicks maybe they are more helpfull
