Pathetic
"service"
(understatement)
1.
I
was
given
the
wrong
purfume
range;
DKNY
"Extra
Be
Delicious"
and
not
the
"Fresh
Blossom";
the
boxes
look
near
identical.
I
only
found
this
out,
after
I
arrived
home.
2.
It
came
in
a
promotion
box
with
an
exstra
"Be
Delicious"
stated
as
"free"
on
the
box.
The
lady
assured
me
it
will
still
count
for
the
"One
Day
Only"
25%
discount
3.
When
I
went
to
pay
at
the
Purfume
Till,
I
was
told
"sorry,
I
am
closed,
go
stand
in
the
"normal"
row"

Going
to
the
"normal"
row,
I
found
the
row
standing
unto
the
back
of
the
shop
5.
There
was
only
one
(1)
Till
functional
(#7).
There
were
two
more
Tills
"open",
but
for
as
long
as
I
stood
in
the
que
(45
minutes),
there
were
no
movement
at
them,
only
Till
7
was
servicing
the
clients

When
I
was
finally
helped
(after
45
minutes)
standing
in
the
que,
waiting
with
one
(1)
item,
I
was
told
"sorry,
the
promotion
does
not
count
for
the
25%
discount".
I
told
the
lady
this
is
not
I
was
assured
at
the
purfume
counter...
she
then
went
off
to
"find
out";
she
came
back
and
told
me
"she
is
waiting
for
an
answer"

By
that
time
I
was
angered
beyond
myself.
What
pathetic
service
is
this...?
Disgusting
is
the
word.
It
was
clear
none
of
the
staff
could
give
a
dime
for
the
snaking
que,
not
being
helped.
Neither
was
there
any
Manager
in
sight.

I
told
the
lady
"just
give
me
the
damn
item"
I
cannot
waste
more
of
my
day,
standing
for
more
than
45
minutes,
with
one
(1)
item
to
pay
for.
Plus
it
was
clear,
they
could
not
be
cared
about
it
(not
their
problem)
9.
Thus,
now
I
have
an
Item
which
is
incorrect,
and,
on
which
I
never
got
my
25%
discount
10.
It
is
not
strange
for
me
to
spend
R5000
(and
more)
at
Dischem
per
month.
However,
I
believe
I
need
to
consider
Clicks
from
hence
on.
I
cannot
and
will
not
accept
such
disgusting
"service"
11.
This
is
in
fact,
not
the
first
time
this
pathetic
service
was
observed;
however,
I
then
just
turn
around
and
go
buy
elsewhere;
today
I
endured
the
torture
of
waiting
in
the
que,
because
of
the
"one
day
only
25%
discount",
which
as
it
turned
out,
I
was
declined
:-(
