Service not up to standard. Waited long for orders and had to call for service when we wanted to order something. Served in half broken plates and given drinks in chipped glasses. Really, eating out is not cheap, you would expect a bit better from Panarottis?

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Waited 2 hours to receive only half of our order!! The food is also of extremely low quality! And we have to wait another 2 hours for the rest of the low quality food!! They are stealing from their clients!! NEVER AGAIN!!? Let me add; it has been more than 2 hours now and we have still not received our food.

The milkshakes tasted like toothpaste, the waffles were very nice but we had to wait 40 mins to get our orders and when we wanted to pay that took an additional 30 mins. Staff was not friendly. Panarottis was such a lovely place to bring family and friends but seems like the overall quality of everything has gone down extremely fast

Waited way too long for my food, waitress was too busy for our table and people who came after us have already left and I’m still waiting for my food… I’m writing this review with a empty glass 😢

The food was great and my daughter can't stop raving about how much fun she had at the playground..she even met new friends lool

Worst horrible pizza I have ever had. Bought two pizzas, Hawaiian had no pinaples at all with just few bacon, Tikka chicken has no chicken as well just full of nasty, disgusting sauce. What a waste of money, what you advertised is pure lies.

Honest to God don't know why they're open and inviting people to come in. Invested with the hugest flies. Hot as hell. No fan, no aircon in this heat. Takes 20 to 30 from seated to be served or welk when you catch someones attention to be served. when the place is basically empty. Hair in the food, raw bacon for breakfast. No no no. Not again Panarotties! Very disappointed!

Kids play area is shocking, nothing works in it including the air hockey machine , the lady who is supposed to supervise the kids only rocked up after me being in there for 25 min , my wife ordered a waffle and the ice cream was almost watery, no syrup was brought to the table for the ice cream . I was on my last piece of pizza and the waitress just came and took my food away, she did not even ask how was your meal or are you done. Shocking! Would have gone to Hennies if they weren't fully booked. Very dissaponted. Sad thing is they were almost empty so not as if there was lots of customers to serve.

The most poorest service ever! The tea was cold, waiter wasn't busy but we struggled getting hold of him whenever we needed something. He was just chilling wherever he was. The staff makes a lot of noise and one can't enjoy their meal in peace, and vulgar is the order of the day. The power went off and no one bothered to explain to us what was happening, for about 30 minutes we had to eat in the dark. The waiter also tipped himself and we only noticed after paying.

I had the worst experience at panarottis highveld mall we went there for my daughter's birthday and she loves it we requested that they come and sing for her and the waiter told us that the birthday song is not working today just as we about to leave we already paid they played the song for another kid. I reported it to the manager he didn't even make an effort to see to us he just said he will sort it out . Onto of it all the waiter had an attitude the whole time I had to ask her 3 times to bring crayons for my daughter I'm really disappointed in that place and we go there all the time

My first time going out to panarottis in general and I have to say,very nice experience. Manqoba,the waiter who served us is a very funny guy... Friendly and professional service also Brendon whom I presume is the manager kept going around checking all the tables and orders.... I'm very happy with the level of customer service... I had the best Cajun and prawns

Thank you for making my birthday special, great service and great food. Even without complaining the manager replaced a dish he thought wasn't up to his standards even after we ate it and liked it with no complaints. Will definitely come again and again

The presentation and taste was absolutely perfect, the waiter Jun..was very friendly and patient.

Place has gone down the drain ,food was cold ,order was wrong ,dirty plates and warm drinks. Never gonna support this place again.

I went there today and got served by Moses the waiter. The waiter brought incomplete orders,which he fixed after we'd made him aware. After that he went missing and completely forgot about us. Whatever extra that we needed, we had to ask from passing waiters.When he eventually remembered us,he came to ask if we needed anything. When we told him what we needed,he said he had had enough of us as we were sending him around too much.Asked him to forget that we even asked for those things and let it go. I spoke to the lady manager about his behavior and the service he gave to us.I come to eat there from time to time and I can say that this is the first time I got such horrible service. I am truly hurt and disappointed.
