Not Big variaty as what will get with other Billy G's cavery

Poor service, there was confusion at the door even though we had a booking. The food is mediocre as compared to other Billy G restaurants and there is no refills of other food stuffs. Very disappointed...

It doesn't deserve any stars 😭you will go home bored and annoyed cause everything was so bad. No variety in food and the dessert was disgusting.We couldn't finish any dish. The custard tasted like baby porridge😭malva pudding was burnt😪...And I sense that they don't care much, cause after all you pay before you enter.

Poor service,The staff is very lazy and the food tastes like yesterdays left overs with and undesirable smell I did not enjoy my time there Did not finish a single plate

Meat is tough, chicken is dry, Pork leg dried out with no crackle top, veggies are cooked up with no effort/seasoning. No variety, dry bread pudding (broken up pieces, was the first to dish) put in spread and rest is tasteless. Use to be nice food but something needs to be done to get it on Billy G standard as per other casinos. Currently it is terrible to say the least.

Food was good confusion with payments even if we made booking reservations but besides that great service indeed

Great place especially when you have a family pay once eat as many times as you want.

The Worst experience ever, this place is chaotic,dirty,the food is bad 👎, lazy staff,they don't clean the tables,and when they eventually do clean they don't set up. It's like the staff doesn't know what to do,i dont know if they lack training or are just trying to sabotage the business because if it was my business i would fire all of them shame🤞I had to wait for about 30min for cutlery. Dessert was just terrible (too sweet) infact all the food they served was horrible 🤮 This place doesn't deserve any stars not even one 😪 never going back

Havent even sat down of eaten. Booken made...not prepared. Not helpfull not friendly. Arguing with each other. Not a good start.

The lamb was the only thing I enjoyed there...Some of the food had too much salt was very unpleasant

Don't waste your money here people. You will be better off going to McDonald's or Spur because the service pardon my French was just trash.

Not very good. Had loadshedding when we went for dinner for our one year anniversary. Arrived at 19:00 there was no lightning where you dish up. Asked if they are going to make a plan as this is not the first day of loadshedding. They said they are working on it. Would have thought that you would atleast have this problem sorted. Put lamps or something. After waiting 20 minutes to pay because the card machine would not go through, there was still no lightning where the food was. So we left and went to Ben Fluer Spur where there was generators. I really wanted it to be a lovely first experience on our first anniversary. I expected more from Billy G when it comes to the loadshedding situation.

It seems that the COVID-19 pandemic is providing excuses to deliver a substandard service. This place is absolutely awful. What is advertised on their website is vastly different from the unappetising and exceptionally limited selection of food available. The only item that had a semblance of flavour was the beef stew but as for the rest, avoid it at all costs. Even the desserts were terrible. The mass produced, cardboard tasting attempts are reminiscent of a really bad boarding school's Wednesday evening treat. I'm off to McDonald's for something decent to eat now.

It was disappointing! I was here about 15 months ago, and it was amazing!! They had such an amazing buvet with such variety! I came here today expecting the same, but it was completely different - no carvery, no pastas, no pizza!! They just had pap, potatoes in their skin, pork chops, a few veggies, lamb stew, one fish, boerewors and chicken pieces - much less variety! Still very clean place and friendly staff! And the food was good, especially the Malva puding with custard!

This place is amazing the food is on point they add the right amount of salt and spices which is very considerate for all the customers and their service is also excellent absolutely love this place.

Issues with payment used 3 machines and 1 reveresed then she used a machines that has 2 diffent names. Transaction when off twice and now i must bring in my bank statements or send them to them, my bank statements are private. If you pull the banking slips of the machine they can see the duplicate and one needs to reversed on the machines as simple as that. Not happy with this at all.

The food was ok, not a lot of variety like other Billy G franchises I've been to. The pork ribs were cold and not as good. The lasagne and steak was amazing though along with the creamy pepper sauce. The knives were dull considering the steak that needed to be cut, proper steak knives were needed. Also any drinks are charged on top of the charge for the buffet so don't be surprised when you want to leave and are hit with a charge for drinks.😏

Not impressed at all buffet is supposed to run till 22h00 at around 19h00 the custard was finished informed one of the staff who said okay 20 minutes later still was not filled up. The food food didn't look inviting I tried the beef roast it was soooo DRY 😭 wished I'd gone to the coffee shop instead but nakhona banezabo. Im only giving 1 star because it doesn't give option for zero stars. But mina personally I'd rather drink water and go to bed. Ngeke ngiphinde.
