Quick and friendly service. Food was prepared quickly and the quality was up to standard. The restaurant was nice on the inside with a relaxed atmosphere and well decorated seating arrangement. Power points are available for laptops. The soda machine had a wide selection of cold drink flavours to choose between and is conveniently placed for refills.

So glad they have 2 Vegan options now. Plant-base Royal and Vegan nuggets. Loved it.

They run out of sauce a lot, the nice blue packet mayonnaise isn't always readily available and the nugget sauces are limited. Other than that, exceptional food at affordable price and prepared in record time!

They removed the best deal ever. No more 2 burgers, cool drink and chips for R110 so no more me as a customer.

The restaurant is situated in a cosy area, and the stuff is friendly. However I was not expecting that when one dines in you much collect your food. But well, they could have attain a great score.

Great taste on extra long chillie cheese ,hot and freshly served wings they never disappoint

They always friendly, but they always give you the wrong order, they where happy to replace my 4 year olds order 6 weeks back but then they give us 3x chilly whopper burgers instead of normal, the time after that we played it safe and we ordered a family meal 1x chips, nuggets and a small burger was missing out the packets, I'm always ordering late at night when they are busy and I'm on my way home, but if they to busy then they should hire more staff.

Cashier was very helpful and friendly also patient. But when collecting the order there was no cool drink 😕 we had to go back and ask for it

The food was great, but the staff were drinking out of jugs and it makes you wonder if they use those jugs with food prep. I would feel more comfortable if they’d use a cup.

Had to wait in the drive through because they want to play the time ..cashier lies telling me systems offline yet I paid cash. Not happy

This has become my new unwind spot... Every chilled and the staff is friendly. Was just unhappy the other day when I found a price sticker on my patty which means the when they preped my meal they were negligent. Besides all that... Great service.

Service could of had a better review if your staff knew the difference between a sit down meal and a take out meal. As it was stated on the order for a sit down meal.

There's something wrong with the staff, they operate like those aunty's in the shebeen, orders are not called according to till slips. But the drive thru is perfect not good with sit ins....

Probably my favorite drive-thru in town. As quick as it gets and you rarely wait in a long queue! Personally i would love a Coke with my Bacon King 🤭 .. but thats just peronal preference. Overall just great!

Extremely disappointed in staff at drive through. We are regular Friday customers after action cricket games. Tonight at 18:30 I go through drive through and order a different combo. Combo 4. I asked that the Whopper and bigger burger be made without garnish. I also requested a Pepsi. The customer service was poor as the lady insisted there is no whopper in the meal. I asked again the whopper no garnish. I said the board says there is 2 bigger burgers - please no garnish. There is no combo board in view once at the window. She continued to insist there is no whoppers. I told her to leave it as is I will remove the garnish at home. At the next window she rudely said she want to explain. I was already upset and told her to leave it and not explain. At the last window I was not treated as a valued customer. My food was handed to me without a word or a smile and no serviets. And I also received Pepsi Max instead of Pepsi. Not impressed. First experience and not at all feeling like supporting that outlet again. 😥😥 I rather spent my money at that outlet every Friday - and this was the last.

On the 1st October 2023 around 00::20 they should have have told me they already closed for the night!!but NO they decided to dance for “me instant of being professional and let me know,No mam we are already closed”they acted like monkeys “two guys were dancing while moping the floor !!!to signal for me!!!
