Very bad service. No one standing by drive thru window to take your order. Very very rude . Terrible customer service

It was worth the wait and money we spent. We got the 8piece share,for the little one the nugget box and just extra sprinkle pops you know mos what is KFC without sprinkle pops all for R360 and there is left overs for lunch tomorrow for hubby

3 times have I ordered via the app and get there only to find my order hasn't been prepared. The staff is friendly though but the service is slightly bad!

Worst KFC experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone. Waiting 30 minutes plus at a FAST FOOD branch is absolutely ridiculous and substandard to KFCs service and expectation thereof. Please fix this, the service is absolutely horrible.

Repeat of sooo many mistakes, on Friday 21 July 2023 we bought a meal with a zinger sauce only to realise they didn’t include it (i paid for it) Today 25th of July 2023 i buy 8 piece, I specifically asked for small pieces coz the meal ia for kids. All i got is chunks, I am beyond dissatisfied

Queue on the drive through only to be told that the swipping machine is not working,always inconveniencing customers. This happened more than once!

Friendly service, when they are there not enough people waiting more to be helped than with your order. They focus more on the drive though than on the walk in customers

Rude and unfriendly staff. I have visited this circus several times, and today was the last. Every time there is an issue of sorts, and the last visit is still unresolved with the KFC compalints department. Burger King satisfies more so I'll support them onwards, I always leave with a smile, great food and have never had any issues.

The service is terrible and the staff are slow and rude. The staff leaves the front counter unattended for long times and we were told to wait for 20 minutes. It is now almost 40 minutes that we have been waiting. I wont recommend this place to anyone Also no full memu available inside the shop

Really dissatisfied. Ordered meals for my family and half of them were wrong. The Wicked Zinger box has NOTHING “zinger” in it, not even the hot sauce on the burger. I payed for zinger wings and other pieces of chicken that i did nit even receive.

This evening my wife, son and I decided to get KFC for dinner.... the drive through cue was long but the staff member, Vincent really made the wait worth it... i have never in my life been helped with such a positive energetic person. He made jokes while passing our order to us... he was extremely pleasant and friendly... because of Vincent KFC Ben Fleur will be seeing much more of us... Thank you Vincent for the unbelievably Fantastic service and vibe that you brought forward... cant wait for our next meal from you...

I was there the day they opened. I've sat down for morning burgers and driven through on a work/school day in a hurry. The workers are generally friendly. Interestingly enough, this one's chicken genuinely tastes less oily. Pretty delicious in my opinion

The service is horrible honestly, you wait for hours just to order, customers are left unattended. Customer service is as horrible! The staff is rude yohhhhh. So many customers left including myself because of how we waited. I am so disappointed.

This was the most tragic dubbel crunch burger i have ever bought. The burger pattie was pathetic. 77.00 rand for two patties that could not have been 100 grams in total. No lets be fair, a rip off of note.
