Very cozy for family dinners out. Love this place

Great service, nice food

It was my son's birthday so we decided to take them to cappuccinos for dinner, we ordered their platter, it was enough for my big family of six and we enjoyed it.

"Cappuccinos in Witbank offers a decent ambiance and the coffee is passable. However, the service left much to be desired during my visit, and some menu items were lackluster in taste. It's an okay option if you're in the area, but there are certainly areas for improvement. ★★½☆☆."

I ordered the pizza and I thought it was really tasty - the flavors were bold. My friend ordered the lasagne, I thought it was a bit bland and the recipe could use some tweaking. There was a drinks special going - buy 1 get one free cocktails, so that was really great!

The place good and spacious. Nice food You can check in anytime Good thing is in a mall And surrounded with different retailers , it's a good place to start with or finish with your favorite deals.

Their Avocado Pizzas are amazing, I for one most definitely enjoyed them and I would recommend them for any pizza lovers out there. The environment is pretty relaxed with a few places to charge your laptop or phone

Our department year-end function was held here. I enjoyed the food and the service we got from Rose who was the waitress was superb despite the big number. Atmosphere number 1

Our food was just not nice , the meat was hard and the boerewors were raw inside 😪 the waiter was not available but she would give others a good service 😒 our night was just not nice there. The one at highveld is way better

Always best place to come to and enjoy you're meals with Children while they have thier playing area. Also best for Bunisess meeting.

I ordered a medium well steak with the creamed spinach and pan fried potatoes. My order came out exactly how I ordered it. Very well seasoned and delicious. I want to emphasize how perfectly my steak was cooked, cook time was perfect. Service was also fantastic. 9.5/10. No one is perfect.

I ordered a medium rare steak with veggies and my friend ordered short ribs I must say, it came out exactly how we wanted it. The staff was very much welcome 🤗 especially the guy with dreadlocks I forgotten his name but his services was top tier. I must say he’s indeed a people’s person and will take this place to the top by his pleasure to serve.

Had gone there for a work function, There were about 25 of us, only 1 waiter was allocated for us... I continually had to ask them to add waiters for our table as the 1 waiter could not keep up with our orders but still no one entertained my suggestion resulting in us having to wait longer to order and receive back what we ordered... This was very poor service indeed

Staff is very friendly. Options are very limited. Most of the items on the day I visited were not available due to some reasons hence had to eat my 4th choice from the menu.

It was a nice place to come eat. Our server was friendly and helpful. There was any e ambiance to the place but nothing really special about it.

Food has gone down!!! Not worth your money.. Waiters have their favorite regular customers that get good treatment as for the rest of us its just below average service. MANAGMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ASAP

The atmosphere of the place is really great,very spacious and relaxed. What I loved the most is the layout and interior decor of the place. Very modern,clean,with great service. The waiters are nice,patient and filled with smiles! You'll want to stay longer than anticipated.

The food is great and the cocktails are even better.

Service by the waiters can be improved but the atmosphere, food and set up are on point. A place I visit all the time when I'm around Witbank.

The service was lacking, took forever to have our orders taken and get our food, the food itself was mediocre. I had a lasagne and it lacked all the things a lasagna is suppose to have, flavourful tomato based mince and melty stringy cheese. I did however enjoy my drink but you can never go wrong with a passionfruit & lemonade.

Second consecutive visit and both times the food was awful! Orders took long food was under cooked and burned at the same time! When management was involved he was unapologetic and unfazed by the complaints. Going as far as asking me to have Quality controlled my food before I started eating! Terribly disappointing!
