Have never been to a museum of any alcohol, let alone vodka, but this was really a great experience which ended up with vodka tasting of 4 different types of Polish vodka. We have booked the tour in advance which I highly recommend. There is also a shop where you can buy different sorts of vodka. At the end you get a certificate which is also cool.

Took a tour around here. Brilliant (slightly crazy) guide, very knowledgeable, great English, friendly too. A good educational grounding in the history of Vodka and Poland. Finished off with a tasting and connoisseur certification 😀 We were late for our pre-booked tour but they were fortunately able to accommodate us on the next available English speaking tour. Booking was made online prior to our visit which was a simple process.

This place is excellent. I have to say this is one of the better museums that I've been in my tours in Europe. Staff was very great and friendly and knowledgeable and the tour was fantastic. They give you the history of vodka. They give you the whole process and walk you through the different types of wheat and potatoes that they use to make vodka. The tasting was excellent and when I walked out I said this is one of the better tours that I've done.

Do NOT recommend! Guide was bored- would be better to around by our own. Vodka "expert" was rude- put stupid personal comments towards turists and wanted to finish asap so asked us to leave without answering questions (during q&a session). Everyone can have a bad day, but do not ruin a day of the other! Much more to see in Warsaw and spend your time in nice atmosphere! Never again

Beautiful place. Super organized and nice staff. Belive or not, you can drink a great coffee before the tour. The tour was fast paced. The lady that was guiding was fast and not charmy. After I left I bought two of the vodca I tasted before getting back home.

I was there to celebrate my birthday. Enjoyed the time. Also had a barman course. Not much in explaining how spirit is made but guided tour tells about the history of Koneser ended in lovely tastings.

Dull experience, very underwhelming. Guide in English was hard to understand and hard to follow what she was saying which was a shame. We paid for premium tickets so we got 4 vodkas to taste instead of 3. It wasn't worth the extra for premium. The vodka tasting was all unflavoured vodkas which I struggled to drink and didn't enjoy. I had hoped that they were going to be flavoured! Nice shop at the end to buy gifts and vodka from. I don't think it's worth a trip here. Cost £13.50 per person

Great museum with a really enthusiastic guide. Vodka tasting was fun and the bar attached had delicious cocktails and really friendly staff. Highly recommend for a visit when in Warsaw

Nice experience, but certainly not the best alcohol tour I've experienced. Firstly, the tour is a little flat and basic, with a 6 minute video to kick it all off. Then it's a series of rooms with limited actual apparatus used for vodka production. Our tour guide was very nice and we ended up with the premium package, meaning we tried four different vodkas at the end. However, vodka is certainly not our thing and most of the group left theirs behind. If you like vodka, then hang on till the end for the samples. If you're thinking this is like the Guinness or Jameson's your, think again. BTW, there is a lovely bar at the top with great views of the complex.

I am giving 5 stars, but was only one problem, but quite important for me - the tour was too short and too fast. I found a lot of similarities to the Jameson Museum in Dublin, but on the finish of the day, this is the same owner - Pernod Ricard. Very well made vodka tasting on the finish of the visit. All staff was a very professional, friendly and a very helpful with a very good vodkas' sens of humor. ;-) :-) Wyborowa, Luksusowa, Ostoya and Exquisite brands; Warsaw - Poland Thank you soo much to bartenders - Piotr and Aleksander, degustation masters - Paweł and Kacper and my quide Olga. "The Polish Vodka Museum is housed in a historic distillation and rectification plant within the premises of the Koneser Praga Centre. The location was not chosen at random. This is where the Warsaw Vodka Factory “Koneser” used to operate, a building complex in neo-Gothic style taking up 50 thousand square meters between Ząbkowska, Nieporęcka, Białostocka and Markowska Street. This is where the flagship brands of Polish vodkas – Luksusowa and Wyborowa – used to be made. Currently, the premises belonging to “Koneser” Vodka Factory are being successfully restored and will soon become an important place on the cultural and business map of Warsaw. It will soon become the showcase of contemporary Warsaw, where the authentic 600-year-old history of Polish Vodka meets modernity and novelty." From museum's side.

(Translated by Google) Polish vodka is not bad, as the saying goes. Well, yes, but for it to have its own museum, it is really unique. Nice collection, a bit of education combined with tasting are doing their job. More such houses should be built in our country.

(Translated by Google) The museum is very nice. A combination of several classic exhibits with digital ones that you can interact with. The guide spoke interestingly, with a bit of humor, which is a definite plus. The tasting at the end, conducted by a professional bartender, allowed the vodka to be covered a little again. Bar upstairs very nice. The bartenders are friendly, talkative and helpful, and the amount of tinctures available makes you feel dizzy (figuratively and literally). A place worth recommending when visiting Warsaw, a nice change from typical tourist points. (Original) Muzeum bardzo fajnie urządzone. Połączenie kilku klasycznych eksponatów z cyfrowymi, z którymi idzie wejść w interakcję. Pani przewodnik mówiła ciekawie, trochę z humorem, a to zdecydowany plus. Barmani sympatyczni, rozmowni i pomocni, a ilość dostępnych nalewek powoduje zawroty głowy (w przenośni i dosłownie). Miejsce warte polecenia podczas wizyty w Warszawie, miła odmiana od typowych punktów turystycznych.

The tours starts at 12pm but only at 12:40 starts the first English tour. The guide was very nice and professional. Get ready to 60 minutes tour plus the taste part which definitely is the best part.

One of the best museums in Warsaw. It is a must have if you are around. They have guided tours in defferent languages. Our guide at the english tour was amazing! Very kind with great knowledge, and an exceptional lecturer. The museum itself is clean and modern. They have interactive elements, spectacular animations, and detailed informations with funny stories. At the end there is a professional vodka tasting where you can taste 3, or if you have the vip ticket 4 different types of quality vodkas.🍸

Very informative museum, I learnt a lot here. Too bad the tour is a bit rushed, visitors don't really have time to try all the interactive devices.

I think everyone going to Warsaw should go to this museum. The museum is very impressive with many interactive displays, the guide was very sweet and the vodka tasting in the end was also an experience. However, the guided trip lasted 1 hour and personally it felt too long and I would have preferred to be able to go through the museum by myself without a guide and then have the guide only at the tasting. Having the guide there, felt a lot like a field trip with school and felt a bit tiring, with a lot of information given at once.

Interesting guide, we had it in English. After tour we had a premium testing with certificates but you should know no antipasti for shots while tasting 😂 Also, if you come on Sunday, there is a pop up with clothes and arts in the next building, so you can have some stuff to do while waiting for your tour *don’t be late to tours as you can’t enter once the tours has started

Truly worth a visit. The whole tour with tasting is about one hour but it flies as it’s so interesting. However, the guide might be a bit difficult to understand and hear sometimes. Interactive system is fun, but since you’re with so many others it’s difficult to learn about everything. The premium option gives one extra vodka tasting shot and a certificate. Definitely a must! Also, an elevator is available.

Excellent tour. Informative, interesting, and tasting! While the museum was everything I expected, the bonus was the entire area around the museum. Several great restaurants, a great coffee shop, and just a nice atmosphere. We had a quick pizza after buying our tickets and while waiting for our tour time. An amazing coffee after the tasting rounded out a great afternoon. Glad we used our last day in Warsaw to make this stop.

The leader could speak many languages but unfortunately he was really fast and didn’t give us enough time to check around. He was also too fast in explanation. The bar there is also worthy to see. The drinks are exotic and tasty

This was a pretty fun tour! It was interactive and presented in a way that was easy to learn and to be able to pay attention as it wasn't super long and drawn out. The best part, obviously the tasting samples of the different vodkas and what they are made from. I would definitely prefer to buy polish vodka from now on!

An amazing experience and must-do in Warsaw!! Great ambiance, terrific interactive displays, friendly English-speaking staff -- and our tour guide, Marta, was fun and knowledgeable! Answered all questions from our group of 25 strangers. :-) Recommend paying a little extra for the premium tasting at the end: 4 tastes, one each of rye, wheat, potato, and charcoal-filtered Polish vodka. Smashingly good and you get a "Connoisseur" certificate to finish! Head to the upstairs bar and patio for an interesting and delicious cocktail (paid for separately). I had the Aztec Volcano -- superb way to end our evening!

A good experience, but I feel like there could be more content about vodka and be more interesting. The tour guide was very professional and patiently answered all the additional questions I had. The only thing is that the guests in the group in front of us were a little noisy, which caused us to be disturbed while listening to the guide. The bar on the third floor is nice. There are no English books in the souvenir shop. With the Jigger sale in the museum, why not put the logo of the museum on it? Overall a good and rewarding experience, only details need to be adjusted.

Amazing experience of how polish vodka is made. Very interesting, nicely done and also very nice stuff. We had tour in english and lady was also eager to answer all of our questions. After the tour there was vodka tasting when she explained us what we should smell and taste in vodka and she was also responsible to bring us some water and snacks. Again, great experience and I would highly recommend it!

The visit is interesting but not worth it. The entrance to the museum is 35 zloty if you are in a group and you can only visit with a tour that takes about 45 minutes. In the visit you see small clip of the history around vodka and they explain the preparation process. At the end there is a vodka tasting in a bar they have in the last floor.

During the tour, you can learn many interesting facts - from the process of creating vodka, going through the history of the square, to elements of the interior of the museum. Lots of things to see and touch up. It is definitely not your typical boring museum. Each of us liked it - and our group was 20-60 years old :) PS. (Translated by Google) Great atmosphere and brilliant tinctures. If you haven't drunk buckwheat with Elgrey tea and lime, you don't know how pleasant it can be. For beetroot gourmets, I recommend the beetroot tincture with cinnamon and dried orange. Kacper, who presented alcoholic beverages, makes them fantastic. Museum great too. I didn't want to go there, but it was a great adventure. The guided tour was so interesting that even the children were satisfied. Lots of multimedia. You leave this place with pride to be a Pole and with the awareness of our historical national treasure in the form of vodka. By the way, you can find out how many mistakes you make by drinking it wrong. (Original) Świetna atmosfera i genialne nalewki.

(Translated by Google) The museum is located in the pleasant Koneser complex. In the times of the coronavirus, there are fewer trips and they are also less popular. Our group consisted of 4 people and a guide (Natasha). The museum itself is small, the guide is quite specific about all aspects. After that, you can use interactive devices (unfortunately in case of making your own vodka, the system crashed). You can read a lot and learn a lot. Time is a bit short, so there's not much to see any multimedia presentation. There are various projections in the last room (again we found one that was out of use). The end of the tour is tasting and talking to the bartender. Three different vodkas are tried and there is some discussion. The atmosphere was casual and fun and the bartender's knowledge was good. Then go to the souvenir shop and buy vodkas that you will not find on the store shelf. I think that the place is nice, but the ticket is overpaid for such an attraction. Nevertheless, as part of the curiosity, you can walk. Nasza grupa liczyła aż 4 osoby i przewodnika (Nataszę). Koniec wycieczki to degustacja i rozmowa z barmanem.

(Translated by Google) A very interesting place on the map of the capital 😀 Probably few people know that vodka has its own museum, it is the only one in Poland, established in the distillery. Groups of visitors are shown by a guide, our lady had a lot of knowledge which she enriched with stories with a hint of humor. The tour begins with a cinema and a short film about the history of the distillery and the history of our Wyborowa as it conquered the foreign market. The beginnings of alcohol and its individual stages are presented in a multimedia way, we can compose a tincture ourselves or listen to toasts. The tour ends with tasting three vodkas, the waiter talks about the correct serving of vodka and, which is surprising, it is not frozen vodka (Original) Bardzo ciekawe miejsce na mapie stolicy 😀 Zapewne mało osób wie, że wódka ma swoje muzeum, jest to jedyne takie w Polsce, powstałe na terenie gorzelni.

(Translated by Google) Overall, I'm impressed with everything. I just hoped there would be a bit of retro style as well. Parts from old factories would not be bad. The guide is amazing. Explains great and answers all questions. The bartender is great too. Teach us many things.

Interactive and modern setup of the museum. Great tour guide who was brief but informative. Great end to the tour was the vodka tasting. Would have loved to stay and spend some time in their roof top bar afterwards, but had to go.

Fantastic place and great English speaking guide. Lots of interesting information and very interactive. Definitely worth a visit just like the Guinness storehouse in Dublin although obviously not as big. Finally Poland is taking credit for the wonderful drink it produces. The place definitely has a lot more potential for future growth. I think it could do with more visuals , e.g. of the process of distillation.

The guide is extremely knowledgeable and her English is fantastic. She told the story of Polish Wódka in a fun and interactive way. The museum is very modern and they make use of projectors and touch screens to make the experience as interactive as possible. Whether you're a vodka drinker or not, this museum is definitely worth the trip if you find yourself in Warsaw.

That's a really interesting and enjoyable place! I have never heard the history of polish vodka before the visit and I was not aware of the range it has! And apart from the really interesting history of the polish vodka and the vodka in general, I really enjoyed the modern and interactive exposition in the museum!

Amazing museum with fantastic guided tours. I learned so much about vodka from the tour and interactive exhibits and had a fun tasting session at the end. There's also a bar where you can try different cocktails which is awesome too. I wrote a detailed guide on the best things to see and do in Warsaw on my website if you'd like more ideas on how to plan an epic trip - link on my photos

We had a short weekend trip to Warsaw with colleagues (24 people) and I booked the Night Tour for us. Even we all had a long day and everyone was tired before the tour already, we all loved the Vodka museum. Our guide (Kaspar? Kasper?) was great, attractive and professional. Museum was interesting, modern and well planned. Tasting was very well organized and changed our minds about vodka (in a good way). Our guide could answer all the questions about vodka and even gave me great advise where to go for drinks and dancing after the tour. We tried other places later but place he suggested really was the best. Everything was perfect! Just please note that souvenir shop is closing at 21.00. But we were informed about that and could buy something shortly before the tour.

It was an amazing vodka tour. Please note that there is both Polish and English tours, so look for the right language when booking the tour. It has a rooftop bar that serves vodka drinks and experimental vodka shots. Definitely recommend when you are in Warsaw.

I really loved this place and I'm not a big fan of vodka. The tour and our tour guide Monika we're fantastic, she was a wonderful storyteller. Very informative and well organized. Went with two other people who also aren't sprits fans and we all had a great time. I highly recommend to those that are curious in general.

First of all in my honest opinion it’s a great museum, you have the guided tour which includes many info and you also have the tasting afterwards. I do think that visitors should be allowed the option to visit the museum without a guide and explore on their own. With that being said, our guide was wonderful and funny and I very much enjoyed her tour. Go visit!

Great museum with guided tours and tasting at the end. Interactive and informative. We enjoyed seeing the old bottles. The shop is reasonably priced too.

What a wonderful time we had taking the vodka tour. They educated us on Polish vodka, a great graphic demo of how it us made, and an added experience with the sampling. Don't leave without visiting their store and going upstairs to their bar to have a full drink created by the bartender that has many combinations of infused vodka. Top knotch museum. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with your customers, and we love our certification.

We came with friends and chose to upgrade to the premium tour - which comes with more vodka samples and a certificate. The tour is good and is very interactive, they use projectors alot to show the vodka making process. The tasting after the tour is good and you learn a little about the difference between different vodkas.

I was here with my girlfriend and her nephew. Generally we like this place. It is not too big, just one hour is enough to visit this place. A lot of information you can get from your guide or audioguide. Degustation at the end of excursion was very good. Only one thing dissapointed us: why we got so small portions of good Polish vodka?!😁😁😁 Exactly, it was joke ;) Recommended this place to all fans of strong alcohol. And I also recommend to try Premium tour version with 4 different vodkas at the end :)

We took the standard tour in english and learned a lot about the making of vodka and especially polish vodka. The material was of high quality and interactive. We did feel a bit stressed though and could not enjoy reading all the information due to our guide hurrying us on. If it were not for the tasting at the end we would have rather enjoyed walking around without a guide. It also seemed like the english manuscript was practiced word for word since it was hard to get questions answered. Overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend going here

Much more interesting than I thought, learned a lot. Every group has a tour guide which definitely makes it more enjoyable. Great attraction for both Polish and foreign people.

A prime location that hosts many companies, restaurants and attractions including the experience of visiting the Vodka Museum, the place has a huge underground parking lot, big variety of restaurants, an open area for parties and events. It is not far from the city centre

Great interesting + interactive tour in English by Julia describing the history and production of Vodka. And the opportunity to taste four different vodkas at the end!

Went for the basic tour with vodka tasting. Casper was a great tour guide with a huge depth of knowledge and great interaction with his audience. Tastings were detailed and pushed an anti drink driving message which was very positive! We finished off with some fantastic cocktails in the bar and a delightful vodka paired tasting menu. Definitely a must visit when you are in Warsaw.

We had an awesome experience! Our guide Kaspar (apologies if I wrote it incorrectly) was great, had a good sense of humour and answered all of our questions. We a had basic tasting which included 3 drinks. There is a bar on top level with great cocktails and restaurant on the first floor, but we have not tried the restaurant. Also cute souvenir shop. Had a great time, will be back for a workshop some time 👌
