👍👍 Small but a nice and informative museum. The exhibition about amber was very interesting for me. The only minus point is that labels of some exhibitions are only in Polish language which makes it difficult to foreign visitors. Generally, I recommend it. People often mention museum, interesting,

The museum is housed in two buildings that have an atmosphere in themselves. In one of the buildings, traces of the blood of a Warsaw insurgent from 1944 have been preserved... If not for the rocks and stones, then it is also worth it for the place itself. But in the museum you will find a very rich collection of stones, minerals, rocks, amber and meteorites. A bit old-fashioned, window displays, etc., but it has its own atmosphere.

Very cool and educative place, if you're into geology or paleontology it will give you a nice trip. 4/5 as unfortunately not all descriptions have english translations.

Very nice small museum. The guides are excellent and they have some nice displays. I especially liked the amber section. Also if I didn't have a guide I would not have known that there is another section across the street in a separate building.

Nice museum with minerals, rocks and Amber. Would be much better for tourists if the information was also in English (very limited parts had a short translation).

Great place, very entertaining ever since the introduced the very London Natural History Museum-esque moving dinosaur, but even before I greatly enjoyed going there as a kid.

We visited while there was an exhibition of dinosaurs. It was aimed at children, dinosaurs were moving and making sound. My 3-year-old loved it. Differences between different species weren't so visible, but I'm not at the target group of this exhibition, anyway.

A very interesting museum, lots of exhibits, interesting descriptions, very nice staff, you can exchange a word or two about the museum with the ladies, they will be happy to tell you something. I recommend visiting.

It's really worth hurrying up and visiting this museum because it's in danger of closing. A very interesting building that survived the war and served as a Chinese consulate in the Second Polish Republic. The garden contains beautiful fragments of stone architectural decorations of tenement houses and palaces in Warsaw, saved after the war damage. Noteworthy are those from the Bruel and Saxon Palaces, which are to be incorporated into them again in the event of the reconstruction of these symbols of Warsaw. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the reconstruction will not be blocked, for the glory of our proud capital :) Inside, there is a diverse permanent exhibition (large minerals that you can "feel" and small ones in display cases, some scientific knowledge and curiosities, some history and METEORITES! Additionally, temporary exhibitions. You can appeal to the authorities of the Polish Academy of Sciences not to liquidate the Earth Museum, which brings profits and does not generate losses. Unfortunately, the value and attractiveness of the property work to the detriment of the Museum...

Visited just at the outside, does not look to inviting for me at least.

The most interesting geology museum I have ever been to. The exhibitions include pieces of rocks, crystals, fossils, meteorites and amber. The processes of creating these structures and forms are thoroughly described, although it is a bit boring. Overall, I recommend it!
