Polecam raz jeszcze!

Excellent museum charting the history of the gas works and use of town gas in Warsaw. Free entry, though you have to bring photographic identification.

A tiny museum with few exhibits. Basically, 20 minutes is enough to visit. Tickets are relatively expensive considering the low attractiveness of the place. And it could have been done better because the topic is quite (contrary to appearances) interesting.

Honestly I only went to see the abandoned tanks (I love urbex). As those were closed and monitored, and it seemed impossible to go and explore, I decided to at least see the museum. But who the hell goes to a gasworks museum? Sounds super boring! Well... Everyone should. Let's face it - if I wasn't in the neighborhood, not able to see what I wanted to see, I wouldn't have gone to this museum. And yet I had the best time. Maybe it's because I like huge machines. And the factory smell. And all the nuts and bolts and pipes and all the engineering behind it (I'm not an engineer, I like the aesthetics of it!). But it was SO ENTERTAINING. Cool, big machines THAT YOU CAN TOUCH. Really, in what museum do you feel like they want you to touch all the exhibits? The gimmick of punching your card and spending your token. The game where you turn the machines to provide gas to different spots in the city. Seriously, this museum had no right to be as cool as it was. Also, note: if you have kids, DEFINITELY bring them. I'm pretty sure I'd end up being an engineer if I had seen more places like this as a kid!

I love technology museums done with modern presentation techniques, and this place does exactly that. The explanations are concise, you walk away with an understanding of an otherwise pretty arcane process. The graphic designers get an extra star, I loved their logo! Ugyanitt bojler eladó.

(Translated by Google) A museum renovated in a modern way, ideal for family educational entertainment. At the moment the Museum is under renovation. Interesting around the holidays. (Original) Super nowocześnie odnowione Muzeum, idealne miejsce na rodzinną rozrywkę edukacyjną. Na chwilę obecną Muzeum jest w remoncie. Warto się zainteresować w okolicach wakacji.

(Translated by Google) Great museum. Lots of super interesting exhibits. In addition, one of the two best-preserved technical buildings in Warsaw from the 19th century. One drawback - it is not always available, and a visit must be booked. Guided tours only possible for groups. (Original) Świetne muzeum. Mnóstwo superciekawych eksponatów. A w dodatku jeden z dwóch najlepiej zachowanych obiektów technicznych Warszawy z XIX wieku. Jeden mankament - nie zawsze jest dostępne, a wizytę trzeba rezerwować. Zwiedzanie z przewodnikiem możliwe tylko dla grup.

Limited exhibition in three halls (one was closed). Only open at weekends and does not include the lovely C19 gasholders next door which are off limits unless you climb the wall.

Great place! I was there on the occasion of the event - the anniversary of Ignacy Łukasiewicz's birth. A well-organized event, very interesting attractions. You could make bath powder, make lace and also meet Łukasiewicz thanks to a VR film, which was great. And by the way, I discovered this fantastic museum :) I recommend it to fans of Warsaw's history and technology.

A very educational place. Great guides - interesting history and curiosities from the history of the creation of the gasworks in Warsaw. Visiting time: up to an hour.

A great museum, multimedia and engaging in your own experiences. Very thoughtful. It's also nice to learn about this very interesting thread of Warsaw's history. This scent and the preserved elements truly take us back in time. The whole family had a great time there, we left enchanted and equipped with new experiences and knowledge from the heyday of the gasworks.

A necessary place for everyone interested in history. A modern museum. Workshops you can sign up for with your children. First of all, the history of Warsaw is described in detail.

One of the most interesting museums in Warsaw, although small.

Worth a visit! This is probably not the first place to visit, and that's a mistake 😎 The museum is not large, but the rooms are impressive, especially if someone likes industrial atmosphere. There are interesting interactive elements. Tickets can be purchased online. We went on Saturday, at 1 p.m. The museum offers guided tours, which interestingly tell the history of the Gasworks. After the tour, you have time to calmly look at everything again, read information, see the exhibits and take photos :)
