Interesting spot and very instagramable for sure, but very small though. Lots of visual games and hidden rooms to play and make cosmic pictures. A bit overpriced according to standard of place and tidiness. Cool to go with your besties and have fun ;)

I went there on a weekday, about 13 and there was no queue and pretty okay amount of people to enjoy everything and take some photos. I came via public transport and took a walk there, it's a buissness-workplace area. I looked at other reviews and can't say much about staff as I basically bought a ticked and asked for a locker and was given one, didn't experience any rudeness or so. I went alone because my friend recommended the museum to me. And I had a blast, even though some things were meant for at least 2 people (p.e. taking a photo from far away cuz of perspective or a face exchange mirror). I still took a lot of photos and enjoyed myself a lot, definitelly recommending this one. One room was closed due to a renovation at the time of my visit.

Nice place to visit. Price is reasonable. My favorite part of all was room with double mirrors on ground and ceiling, gives you strong emotions if you take some time there.

The place sounds like a great idea until you see everything is in terrible shape. They are definitely not taking care of this place in the proper way. There’s speakers everywhere but no sounds or music (only one room was having a busted speaker making a very annoying sound. Walls and floors are extremely dirty, many mirrors are broken which ruin the whole mirror idea (in every place where a mirror is essential there’s at least one that breaks the illusion), projections are not synced or well placed (you can tell they don’t care anymore). Besides all of this, half of the exhibition is just drawings and memes you’ve seen online. I got some funny pics for social media, but most of them are $hit because e illusion doesn’t work. I probably wouldn’t pay to go again at all.

Nice for a few hours but 3 sets were closed. The whole museum is dirty. Whatever you touch or even the toilet (smelly and dirty) was disgusting. Lady at the counter was not very friendly or inviting. I liked that there were mind boggling rooms so that was interesting.

Looks good on instagram but when physically there it seems old & no maintenance at all. Some rooms are quite smelly but the main reason for the 3* is the SUPER UNFRIENDLY STAFF at the entrance. Ridiculous for someone with this attitude to work there (day of visit was nov 27, 3pm). They seem to be super arrogant, moody and have absolutely zero motivation to work, sad. Overall still worth a visit and take some cool pictures.

Pretty cool museum with a bunch of interesting illusions, the price was espensive in my opinion and it didn't have as much things to do as I expected but still I recomend.

Guys, this is tourist trap, don't go. It has great marketing, great website but it is not worth it. The lady was not very nice. I think the only word I heard was "it's 70zln" and no further word or even a smile. The museum it self has a fiew nice rooms but they need maintenance. Lots of mirrors are shattered, some lights don't work and some rooms were just super dirty. The pink room with balloons even had hairs and dust. Some attractions are even completly disabled / not operating.

The name is definitely misleading. It is neither a museum, nor "cosmos" related (except from few pictures of space shuttle with very poorly translated captions). Exhibits in average condition, majority requiring renovation. Nothing spectacular, yet if you are bored and visited other Warsaw's attractions - just to know what the fuss was all about some time ago.

Make sure you pick some time with as little people as possible - especially if you want to take some photos (and you do want to, believe me :)). I guess owner is not reading the reviews, or is a bad person towards employees :shrug: The neighbourhood of the museum is terrible - busy, business, a lot of constructions - not a great place for humans (with children!) to be. I recommend taking uber here, and escaping with uber too. There is also a nice railroad museum close-ish that I recommend visiting while you're in the area.

Hidden gem! I found this on google and wanted to try it out as i was in warsaw for a couple days. I couldn't recommend it enough. Great place for all ages, super fun. It brought the kid out of both me and my boyfriend. We spent about 40 minutes there walking around and having great fun. It has a lot of optic illusions and just some fun activities.

Me and my family visited your museum with our friends 02.08.2022 . We called before arive to the museum, to check the price , because we wanted to visit the museum with kids . When we told our kids age , we received an answer , that for 5 people we must pay 101 zł. But when we arrived an hour later we paid 129 zł. We paid bigger because one of our children didn't have legitimacy , ( nobody said that we must have legitimacy ) but she had passport . The biggest problem is that , mrs. didn't give full explained answers on our questions . She just said that she mustn't explain everything to the customers . We had a feeling , that she was angry too . She also didn't give tickets to nobody of us . How mrs. treated us was not so pleasant , despite beautiful and exciting museum .
