A
water
reservoir,
called
a
reservoir
-
when
walking
around
Łazienki,
you
usually
just
pass
it.
Without
knowing
that
it
can
be
visited.
It's
a
pity,
because
the
facility
is
beautiful
and
carefully
renovated.
From
2020,
it
is
more
widely
available
and
includes
an
exhibition
about
the
history
of
the
facility
and
its
role
and
the
importance
of
water
for
the
Łazienki
Park.
Once
a
brick
building,
it
owes
its
current
shape
to
the
reconstruction
in
1823
according
to
the
design
of
Chrystian
Piotr
Aigner,
who
was
modeled
on
an
ancient
Roman
tomb.
And
it
makes
quite
an
impression.
Especially
when
a
frieze
of
fruit
garlands
and...
ox
skulls
emerges
among
the
trunks
of
nearby
trees
covered
with
thick
ivy!
The
exhibition
inside
is
sterile.
It
shows
a
cross-section
of
the
building,
plans,
and
explains
its
history.
He
quotes
various
quotes.
Not
to
mention
the
historic
wooden
gutter/pipe
in
the
floor
at
the
very
entrance
😉
What
I
personally
miss
in
it
is
not
so
much
multimedia,
but
rather
an
attempt
to
show
how
collecting
water
and
distributing
it
to
a
nearby
fountain
or
the
Palace
on
the
Isle
actually
worked.
Not
in
the
form
of
the
best
drawings
and
diagrams,
but
in
the
form
of
a
simple,
working
model.
As
it
can
be
successfully
demonstrated
in
many
water
towers.
After
all,
water
itself
is
the
best
at
it
