This is the place. Phenomenal in every aspect. Rafael, Monica, and Alex are absolutely wonderful company along this culinary adventure. The food, outstanding. World class. I’ve dined at Michelin starred and other restaurants around the world and this spot is without a doubt in my top 3. Looking for ‘the’ place to dine? This is it. Looking for a date night? This is it. Looking for a place to spend your evening? This is it. I was blown away in every aspect. Each dish was incredible. The atmosphere, perfection. The attitude made me feel completely at home. Leave your coat and any preconceived notions at the door. Frankly, I’d fly to Poland just to dine here again. It’s worth a trip across the world, so if you’re anywhere closer, this is the place. A perfect 5/5. Not a single complaint.

My wife and I went for the "Best of" menu they announced on their Facebook page. It sounded like a good idea to try their best hits. The location is nice, and the staff are friendly. The presentation and plating was very well done, and unique - very creative! Unfortunately I have to leave 3 stars because the taste was average and a bit disappointing. In some of the dishes, the taste was even 1-2 stars. Two of the plates, the meat and fish plates, were tasty and I'd rate them about 4 stars. The cigar and walnuts tasted bland. Our least favorite dish was the dessert. It was some kind of whipped cream covered by black powder, and mixed with shredded salad greens. We tried to eat it but both found it pretty disgusting. Sorry guys - maybe your other menus are better but we had a hard time enjoying the food. The focus in such a restaurant should be delicious tastes above everything else. I would have had a more satisfying meal at a pizza place, and this is difficult for me to say as I usually enjoy these multi course Michelin-star style experiences.

Interesting experience, but far too overpriced. A dinner for two together with wine pairings costs around 1500 zł. For this money I'd expect courses to be exquisite. From 6 courses only one (the broth) met my expectations. And I left hungry despite additional starters :( Very interesting wines. The restaurant is cozy, which makes it great for romantic dinner. Staff was excellent & top class.

The only thing better than the food was the service. Food was fantastic - creative, innovative, connected to its Polish roots (we added the caviar service that was delightful). The service was top notch - knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. Raphael/Rafi worked above and beyond to make us happy - his recommendations and explanations were helpful and accurate. Highly recommend spending a dinner with this kitchen crew and the service staff. This was one of our highlights of our visit to Warsaw.

This restaurant is a true resemblance of what a restaurant should do - serve food. Bez Gwiazdek not only serves you food, but provides you with an exquisite set menu that changed monthly to present dishes from different Poland’s regions. For me personally one of the best outlets in Warsaw.

Let yourself be surprised. With my wife we had an amazing time. The food is simply delicious - creative, combining modern ideas with Polish traditions, yet still non-pretentious. The service shows an amazing balance of being attentive yet not intrusive while knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Make sure you opt for one of the suggested wine pairing sets - will give every dish another dimension. Was very pleasantly surprised by an ability to discover some new Polish wines. Albeit pricey, you won’t be disappointed.

We were there in mid-2021. The restaurant offers only a tasting menu, which changes every couple of months. The dishes represent traditional recipes from different regions of Poland, prepared with a modern twist. It is definitely a culinary adventure. The staff is great; they provide a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The food is very good and presented in an interesting way. However, none of the Pomeranian flavors we tried were exceptionally memorable. The wine pairing was excellent, and all the wines were well chosen. The price for such a dinner (for two) was not exorbitant. We had a truly pleasant evening.

Had an 8 hour layover in Warsaw and spent 2.5 incredible of them here. The whole team from maitre’d to chef were attentive, informative and best of all - the food was divine and the wine matched perfectly. I arrived for the start of a new region - northwest Poland. Chose the Polish caviar add ons (highly recommend) and paired with the regional wine tasting - Portuguese, Czech, Austrian, Hungarian, Polish- which ended with a locally made elderflower wine. Everything just perfect but the garfish with red peppers in a tomato broth was insane - I could have eaten 3 of them. I’ve been fortunate enough to eat in most of the worlds top restaurants and this ranks right up there for flavours with any Michelin star that I’ve enjoyed.

Really nice in every way. Reasonable price. Nice staff that speaks well enough English. Cozy rooms, and it's possible to sit outside. Good looking plates. Maybe a bit too big servings? Can recommend!

One of the top neo-bistros in Warsaw. Tasting menu only, changes monthly to focus on a different region of Poland. Chef uses the familiar to achieve the surprising. Fantastic wines, great, casual atmosphere.

Excellent Christmas set menu. Shepherd's pipe and cheesecake particularly excellent. An a decent Ethiopian V60 to finish the meal on a high.

Great local cuisine interpreted in an international way, the chef changes menu every month according to a different region in Poland, that is lots of work and not many people doing that these days. The ingredients are selected from organic farms outside of Warsaw, so very top quality. The set menu offers a great value, also there is vegetarian menu as well. Love the young potato dish they have for this month, paired with summer squash. The wine selection is good as well, got local Polish highlights and neighboring countries good stuff, lots of organic options. Overall I should say this is one of the top 5 restaurants in town, highly recommend.

I was not able to taste why this place has the local fame it enjoys. Several-course menu changes periodically, though it mostly ocillates around one taste: sour. There are sour dishes in several combinations, as soup, starters, fermented vegetables and others, yet the taste palette is consistently uninteresting. It's hard for me to say whether this is the intrinsic feature of this restaurant, or whether it adjusted to the expectations of the audience - nevertheless it does not work well. With my best open mind, I didn't enjoy any of the 10+ dishes served. Otherwise, top dining experience and service, as expected in such a place.

One of the best food experiences this summer. Firstly be sure to reserve a table, it is not a big restaurant, so walk-ins don’t have a chance here. The interior is cosy and stylish, but the food plays the main role here. We tried both menus with wines. There is always a region of Poland which inspires the ingredients and wines. The food and wine pairings were perfect. Would like to visit Warsaw again for this restaurant only. And yes, they don’t have Michelin star, but they are worth one if not two.

Absolutely amazing experience. Mix of tastes and great pairing of wines. Make sure to try their bread, it’s their signature. Service: great. Food: unique. Must visit place once you are in Warsaw

This restaurant is simply heaven on earth. The team is very nice and the waiters work extremely well with the kitchen. The chef is fabulous, his menus are always original, using local ingredients, the plates are always extremely well presented (they change the menu every month). The wine pairing is has always been a success when we went. We love that restaurant and go there every time we are in Warsaw, we will continue to do that !

We visited Bez Gwiazdek for the second time and were again very happy with the creative and high quality food. The set menu consists of about 10 dishes including the various amuse bouche. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options appear to be equally thought out. The atmosphere in the small restaurant (20 people maximum capacity) is very intimate, the service is excellent and the location is very cozy. Definitely recommended for a date night in Warsaw.

We had an extraordinary dining experience on our visit from New York. The kitchen is creative and innovative and the chef has a unique way of bringing the taste out of simple produce and turn each into a celebration in your mouth. He invents with ease new experiences for your taste buds. In addition, great ambiance and wonderful service have contributed to our feelings of sheer joy at the end of a remarkable meal.

Quality food and an interesting experience. It's not in the realm of the michelin star, and I have tried guided restaurants that made me more more impressed. That being said, it delivers fully and I would recommend to everyone going to this fine place.

This was the best restaurant we visited in Warsaw. First of all the fact that you will be served Polish cuisine convinced us to visit Bez Gwiazdek as we wanted to try some Polish food aside the usual tourist area. The setting in the restaurant is very warm and we felt very welcomed. The food was excellent and surprised us in its simplicity.

Had a romantic dinner with the wife and we both left with smiles on our faces. I won’t show photos because it should be an experience when you at there. Everything was delicious. Wine. Food. The service was excellent. We made a reservation ahead of time. It was one of the best dinners we have ever had.

It was a great and intriguing tasting menu, i enjoyed it very much. Friendly and humble staff. Tables are placed very close to one another as it was a crowded bistro. Wine is overpriced beyond fine dining standards, with wine pairing at double the meal price. Boomer.

Amazing service and food. The tasting menu gives you a modern version of Polish food with mostly traditional ingredients. With the menu you are offered the options of either a Polish wine pairing or an international one. We went for the Polish one which was surprisingly good. The waiters were great and attentive and each dish was explained by a member from the kitchen.

Micheline Star experience - food is delicious, on top of it local and seasonal. Flavors, textures - rich and all in balance. Great wine pairing. Beetroot parfait and pumpkin dessert were just amazing.

Bez Gwaizdek is an absolute gem in the vibrant culinary scene of Warsaw, and I can confidently say that my experience here was nothing short of exceptional. If you appreciate the finer aspects of Polish regional cuisine presented in a contemporary setting, look no further; this place is a must-visit.

We had a truly amazing dinner here. Service was exceptionally good and polite. Menu was stylish, delicious and surprising in a good way. Menu included four extras from the kitchen, so six courses was actually 10 courses. We enjoyed some polish wines; they were really sophisticated and fresh. This restaurant was really worth it and it was the best part of our weekend trip to Warsaw! Thank you!
