Wonderful little restaurant! The raisin pilaf (plov) and salad were amazing, but the staff (I think a single family) made me feel right at home!

The food is great and delicious. You definitely should try “Qutab”! I could watch the whole cooking process through the glass. And you can ask the chef anything about the components. Location is good, not far from the museum of Chopin.

If you could not travel to Azerbaijan so far I highly recommend to come here and “travel” there via its kitchen. It offers unforgettable taste. At Sumakh bistro restaurant you feel like you are at home. Stuffs are so welcoming and always ready to guide you within food with wide explanation of every food. :) You will be back here once you visited this place = )

Lovely family run restaurant, with an authentic feel to it. Food is delicious and of high quality, and the service and attention is unparalleled. The young man speaks fluent English

Great qutab with pumpkin. Very delicate cake filled with pumpkin and pomegranate. Also amazing little desert (suitable for vegans). Nice for a little & affordable snack.

We shared a plate with three types of Qutab: pumpkin; spinach; and beef. They were all wonderful! My favorites were the pumpkin and the spinach. Definitely recommend stopping in!

We have visited this restaurant today because our friend has recommended this place. It is some kind of small family restaurant/ bar. We tried some traditional Azerbaijan cuisine. What is interesting they import grapes' leaves from Azerbaijan as they were trying using ours but taste is different. Local could be of course bigger, more nice and cozy with better toilet but expect that you can find great kindness. I wish hosts success and bigger restaurant in future. For the moment they could invest in some visible signboard outside restaurant.

So good place to eat . You can rest in this place easily.

Exotic homemade food ! Quite special, the taste you won’t find it in other place, worth a try!
