The food was really good but for fine dining the bar is higher. Warsaw fine dining scene is not a desert - and if you compare to Nuta (or, sadly not operating anymore, Atelier Amaro), Opasły Tom does not stand a chance. There are no surprises in dishes, some of them are not well balanced (a dessert lacking something more sour than a sorbet, a cod somewhat dry)... Don't get me wrong, everything was really tasty overall, it is just that it was not particularly memorable. Most dishes, if larger, could be just regular restaurant dishes, and for me fine dining is all about adventurous food, and creating culinary experience.

Seems a bit less popular among Warsaw's top restaurants, but it's really good! The interior design is rightly praised - feels truly warm and comfortable. We tried the tasting menu. Most of the dishes were amazing, yet some of them could have been better composed. Additionally, I feel that the wine pairing could be more engaging, but I still enjoyed it.

By far the most charming and kind, efficient service we had in Warsaw! Plus delicious and creative twists on Polish dishes. Staff were very accommodating of our three year old and provided crayons and a colouring book too. Had a soup with sorrrel that was lovely and some beef cheek which was divine. Only disappointment was the halva mousse which wasn't all that, despite a rave review by the waitress. Would go back in a heartbeat to try the many other dishes on the menu though!

First of all, a big plus for vegan tasting menu. This is not very common, but definitely worth acknowledging. Thank you so much for that! Secondly, the food was very tasty. The flavors and textures were composed well. The food was pretty. And...that's about it! i have not been taken for an amazing culinary journey which has happened to me before jn fine dining. What do I mean, what do I want? Well, I used to be amazed and surprised. I used to know I'll get chłodnik (Polish cold soup based on yogurt/kefir and beetroot), and I got a ball of a thin waffle with beetroot mousse inside, here there was no "wow" effect. Also, I did not feel the passion for food from the sever, I did not hear interesting stories, but I cannot complain: the service was good. But not extraordinary.

Great restaurant! Service was on point and happy that they helped us in perfect English. We took the Chefs menu and we’re surprised by the dishes. I would recommend a good glass of port at the end. :)

Wonderful dinner with Michael tonight. He helped us order four courses. Absolutely insanely awesome meal and wine. Great night with friends. We will be back on our next trip to Warsaw. Thank you

Super experience. Food was not tasty, arrived cold and no coherence on the dish + we were installed and a room beetween toilets and kitchen. We stopped the tasting menu because its was getting worse and worse after each plate. The cutlery is old and scratched which make it feel dirty. Only level of price are high. I just when through the comments (I should have done it before doing reservation) and I'm not the only one unsatisfied (I read about intoxication with food). Quiet an experience in fact !

Restaurant with great atmosphere (especially when you sit in the wine cellar :)). Superb service. Very tasty dishes- from starter to desserts. Good choice for business dinner.

I really like the modern polish cuisine approach of this place - I will alway remember the beet and raspberry soup. In addition to that, the service is great - and they have a bookshelf full of amazing cookbooks that one can peruse while sipping on an aperitif or one of their great wines.

Our dinner here was something truly special. We attended the new year dinner event, comprising of 7 dishes and accompanying wines. Excellent experience, tasted amazing, awesome wines, great service. We left completely satisfied. A memorable experience for sure!

Spent a nice evening with colleagues. Traditional Polish foods rethought. Not unheard of concept so definitely not unique. Price range a little steep for the not that impressive taste range. The wine and drink selection still needs work.

Fabulous kitchen with a local twist. Elegant interiors. Solid wine card and interesting seasonal cocktails. I truly loved it.

A beautiful interior, the waiters were caring. It is a very romantic place I would say. The truffle appetiser was too strong for my taste that I could not have another bite. Everything is presented beautifully on the plate. It is a place where to have all the 5 courses to taste and not just one 1 meal

Beautiful interior, nice service. But we have expected something more from 7 course tasting menu for PLN 350, - We tried both vegetarian and meat option. Only half of the dishes were acceptable( by acceptable I mean I liked them. And I took vegetarian one). Yet nothing close to originality or innovation, as the flavour range hit exactly the same... The wild mushroom soup was hidious, and rest of the dishes tasted similar to each other, like beetroot was on sale. Apparently meat version is better, yet as a vegetarian i left the restaurant kind of hungry (the waiter provided extra - 8th dish, some kind of 3rd dessert). Sad experiece, as the place seems to have sort of potential...

A really special restaurant with exceptional fine dining food at exceptional value for money. The setting it lovely with tables well spaced out and the wine list is high quality. The food was beautifully presented and extremely high quality. The service was super and we would absolutely come back. It felt like it should have a Michelin star and it is probably there based on our experience.

Such a cosy and cute modern restaurant , waiter was super kind and warm , even the owner asked me the quality of the food , atmosphere was good , food was super good but not the best , and I enjoyed my meal. It's worth it for the price .

Service: excellent Food: out of this world Not very crowded, but atmosphere was still very pleasant About that food: I had the appetizer: Twice! Yes, it was so incredible, so balanced, I just had to order it again, for desert! It was the truite, absolutely out of this world. For the entré, I picked the Mackerel, and OMG, so so good. Look, I am fortunate, I get to try incredible restaurants in many parts of the world, but this one made me want to take the time to write this.

During my trip to Warsaw, I wanted to take my family to experience something more than pierogies or fried pork chop. The reviews sounded great and the menu was interesting. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Bread tasted great, but everything else was downhill from there. The presentation was nice, but the flavors were mediocre without much element of surprise. I love eating well and paying for it. However, I hate when I pay a hefty bill to leave the restaurant hungry and with an unpleasant aftertaste. I doubt they will ever get a Michelin star.

Food was salty or not salty enough. Lamb was part well done part with a weird taste. Soup tasted like something you get out of ramen noodles packet. We were certainly not expecting this especially for their prices! Reviews were good enough for us to reserve but will never ever go there again. Great waiter and awesome bread but those are the only two good things. Bread was bought in a bakery so they cannot take credit…

Interesting restaurant! Well curated menu and absolutely amazing wine choices (they had an amazing 2018 Spanish Tempranillo) Highly recommend the Guinea fowl with buckwheat and picked cucumbers.

A pleasant evening at Opasly Tom. The food is good quality and very tasty, the staff is welcoming. From my personal perspective wine list definitely should be worked on (quite a few wines on the menu were not available) and the restaurant could benefit from having a sommelier.

Very bright, caring and professional staff - great menu recommendations. The ambience is excellent. It was a birthday dinner and we did not receive candles, but no biggie. The chef did not agree to prepare a separate dessert for the birthday guest, nor for allergic guest. The donut with beef tongue looked promising, but disappointing in the end (bland). Pork belly was on point - super crispy skin, with literally melting meat under it. Great butter potato puree instead of milky puree. Wild duck was exquisite, matching garnish. Interesting wine pairing (also with desserts!), recommending polish producers was refreshing and interesting.

Modern Polish cuisine in bistro setting near theatre. Well presented and tasty apart from 1 dessert of goat cheese souffle which did not turn out well. Knowledgeable sommelier with good selection of wines even by glasses using coravin.

Friendly service and a good food quality. Small portions so rather place for a taste not to get yourself filled.

Amazing wedding experience, very surprising food menu, outstanding service, great atmosphere, superb decoration… you name it ! Everything is tremendously done at Opasly Tom Restaurant, the setting and location are just great, and our waiter was taking care of our table so thoughtfully. Honestly, the wedding diner went fabulously. There’s nothing else to add apart that I strongly recommend this stunning venue! Thank you to the team and the chef ❤️
