After visit in this place I am left speachless. We went there with my friend after quick Google search where to have lunch in Warsaw old Town and I feel like we won a lottery. Food was simply delicious. Mix of of the flavors on the plate instantly transported me across the world and it was definitely unforgettable experience

Fantastic food, the flavors were on point. We were very well received by our lovely waiter. She recommended some dishes and appetizer pairings. We were not disappointed at all. Our friend who lives in Warsaw brought us here, and i think this is my most outstanding food memory from the trip. Nice job!

Absolutely what I needed. Top soup and other meal options. Very kind service, fast, on you disposal. After few days of heavy polish food this was something I need to refresh me. Location in the heart of old Town, would recommend to anyone visiting and especially if you wanna eat something "with spoon".

The food here was like from home and I’m not even Indonesian. I’ve been trying to come here for over two years but the place is a tiny hole in the wall in old town. They do take reservations but you have to book way ahead in time so I tried my luck and came here on a Sunday afternoon after they had just opened. When we walked the staff were already preparing for a large reservation but we took our seats and were attended too. The menu is quite limited but the prices are comfortable and the food was superb. Definitely worth multiple visits. I had gotten the nasi pedang and wow it was amazing whilst my friend got the nasi pecan and he was very happy with it. He’s more familiar with Indonesian food and said it’s rather authentic. My dish consisted of rice, beef curry, veg and some fritters I couldn’t identify but tasted yum. The interior of the place is a mess but they have a really nice embroidery of Indonesia and neighbouring islands that was very interesting.

Delicious, authentic Indonesian food! Must go if you want to try something different. The service was hospitable and very friendly. What I miss was more dishes with peanut sauce. Tips for the chef: warm up the plates before serving the food, it will keep it warmer when eating. Also, your homemade sambal was delicious, but it was disappointing that we got it once we basically finished our meal :(

Restaurant has perfect location. Just near Main Market Square of Old Town, capital of Poland- Warsaw. I have been in Indonesia a few times and this food is quite similar. If you would like to taste something different this is perfect place to visit. Not so many tables inside so better to call and book a table. Staff was very kind. Only disadvantage- there was no Bintang beer available but I understand that is still pandemic situation.

Lovely restaurant & great service; incredibly affordable. Highly recommend for a close-to authentic Indonesian taste (I’m not Indonesian, I’m just assuming lol). I recommend the Nasi Tumpeng. Delishhhhh & filing for 2 people. I do not recommend the Chicken Soup (Soto Ayam). Seemed like bullion (Maggi) cube dissolved in water.

Not so many Indonesian restaurants in Poland, but believe me, here is one of the best ones. When you decide to go to warszawa, especially the old town area, craving something new or missing Indonesian food, this place is just the best. The atmosphere, the food. Enjoy the best food with Indonesian melody, beautiful rice field background wallpaper, it's cool! Super cool!

Very nice and authentic place located in Warsaw's old town bit away from main tourist routes. Great taste and presentation. Best randang I had since Warung Jakarta closed down. Very nice setting and background music, so calming. Meals came quickly and they were perfect. Good staff, helpful and plesant. I was hoping for a nice asian beer like Tiger or Bintang or Sinhga. Książęce is not much of a good beer. But its not beer that i came in for.

If you have never been to Indonesia before, this is the best representation of their food you're going to find without actually being there. It was absolutely spot on and delicious! The staff was so friendly and sweet. The chicken satay was scrumptious, along with the redfang panang (must try) ENJOY!!

Delicious meal and Kind Staff. Good to see indonesian restaurant here in Warsaw. A different kind of Asian flavor. Price and serving size is reasonable. Highly recommended! We tried Nasi Goreng, Mi Goreng and Sate. We'll definitely visit this place again.

The most scrumptious, overly delish Indonesian food in Europe, at least according to me. What a pleasant surprise to have found this wee gem by pure accident, as I was actually looking for some pierogi. Absolutely delighted to have a full 3-course lunch here instead. The lovely lady who waited did all her utmost to make sure each guest was attended to. This restaurant alone would be a good enough reason for me to return to Warsaw, which has never ever been in my travel plans. Ever. Forever. But the prawn rica-rica was steaming spicy, exactly as I wished. The sate lilit was lush, perfectly charred. The pisang goreng was soft, which I always prefer to the original hard, rather bland variety.

Food was great, but, not worth paying so much for a single dish.

Tasty flashbacks :) Doesn’t taste quite as the food you would get in local Warung (I mean you’re nose is not runny from hot spices xd) but it gets you back to Indonesia. The place has such an Indonesian vibe and people are so Nice that you imediately feel you’re back there🙏

My Indonesian friend recommended this so I came to try the spicy beef rendang. Very tasty and they can make it very spicy too. A bit salty for me but overall tasty.

Lovely family meal. The children really loved the satay and the noodles. Adults enjoyed the fish balls, lamb stew and the steamed chicken. All was really tasty. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Would very much recommend.

One and the only Indonesia Restaurant in Poland. You can find this yummy restaurant in Old Town Complex in Warszawie. I will visit it again, and try another menu. Anw, the Soto ayam is very delicious 😋

Food that was so flavourful and delicious..! Must come and eat here if you want Indonesian cuisine..! We ordered beef rendang, gado-gado and ayam betulu sambal...not forgetting the laksa...absolutely fabulous food! And had dessert after that even though we were full...!

Very Very lovely place with delicious comforting food. We ordered “opor ayam” green curry and chicken with rice and “nasi pecel”. And oh boy, it was delicious. Rice was perfect, smelled amazing. Tofu was crispy and seasoned well and tempeh nice with touch of salt. Really delicious. The egg was golden and crispy. Oh maaan, so nice and delicious. 🥰❤️ The green Indonesian curry was very tasty and aromatic. Balanced. Ingredients fresh. Chicken was boiled and juicy. Really can’t complain, so nice. Service was 12/10. Really sweet lady, extremely polite. Perfect. Thank you very much. ❤️

I am an Indonesian and Sambal was the first Indonesian restaurant we went in Poland and i am telling you, it was as authentic as you can get here. Usually i cook Indonesian food myself so i was very pleased with all the foods turned out surprisingly good (we had very low expectation here because of most of Asian food in Poland are tweaked to Polish standard). We ordered two appetizers tempe mendoan which was deep fried battered tempe with spicy sweet sauce and a bit of kecap (sweet soy sauce) and sate ayam which was chicken skewers with delicious peanut sauce. For mains, my husband ordered mie goreng which was stir-fried noodle with spices- he liked it, and for me i ordered bebek sambal matah which was deep fried duck leg with fresh sambal (which was made extra spicy as i requested-Indonesian level of spicy, but i can say it was not so ‘matah’ because the amount of terasi they used made it tasted like almost sambal terasi). Regardless, it was still delicious, we left restaurant felt full and satisfied. Do a favor to visit and find a little piece of Indonesia (or Bali) yourself in Warsaw.

👍👍 I love pancakes so much, so this place was in the list "must to go". During two days in Warsaw we came here twice. It is true, that you will have to wait in the queue. We have spend about 40 min, but it was worth. Food was perfect, the staff was polite (Hubert thank you!), the interior was nice and...
