This was the first time my husband and I tried Israeli food so we honestly didn’t know what to expect. We followed some recommendations on Google reviews and decided to go for the hummus and falafel. My husband got himself hummus and shawarma. All tasted divine especially the hummus. They also provided side salads with 6 different types. Very fresh and tasty. Good service. Helpful staff. Friendly owner. It’s shame we are not able to stay in Warsaw any longer but would recommend this place to anyone. P.S when we came in there was a big group of Jews having their dinner there too so I think it’s a good sign ;)

Really authentic (and kosher) place with Israeli food in Warsaw. It offers delicious hummus in many different combinations - I strongly recommend hummus hacilim with eggplant and tomatoes. Like for me, falafel could be more seasoned with garlic. Reasonable prices and large portions. You can book a table and pay with a card. Definitely worth to visit and taste.

UPD. This is a very basic street food cafe with authentic national food. The food is basic, too. 90% visitors around us were people speaking Hebrew, so I guess it confirms that the food really satisfied the standard of the national cuisine. The interior is very simple and nothing, absolutely nothing hints on the specific genre of the cuisine. We were sitting opposite to the open door to (yes, that was door to get to the toilet, I am sure) and nobody cared to close it - to the opposite, they put something so that the door would be always opened. After the lunch I felt very heavy. I ordered small portion of chicken in pitta. The chicken was tasty however I felt so heavy in my stomach almost 2 hours after it... Unpleasant feeling. It is just my experience. Although I can't complain about the taste of food I would rather not go back because of the strange atmosphere. I do not like to sit opposite to an open door. It was not cosy, old primitive tables, the waiter at the desk was always coughing, touching her dog, and I hoped she would not touch anything else. I guess she was in not in charge of food, hopefully. If someone is a lover of this type of food, maybe it is worth visiting once. Maybe not.

Had an absolutely delicious (and filling!) lunch here whilst visiting Warsaw. The falafel was the best I have ever had and I will be thinking about that and the soft, warm pita for a long time to come!

An extraordinary experience to one's palate. Dishes from the Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine. A personal touch from the owner and head chef. If you walk on Jana Pawla, you must stop by this great place. Bekef=Enjoyment

This kosher restaurant rivals restaurants from Israel and New York in a place that is much harder to get kosher food. Everything I had here was delicious and all at great prices.

Lovely food. Nice people. They explained the menu to us in English and told us what was vegan. We had the misz masz which was a huge portion for two people to share

If you happen to be in Warsaw you Do Not! Want to miss a visit to Chef Maimon restaurant, you’ll get authentic Moroccan Jewish Israeli food on the highest level that’s hard to find in Israel. He’s the real Deal! I recommend the Hummus with fried Artichoke or and the Spicy warm olives.

It's been a long since I ate this well in Warsaw. I enjoyed it so much. The owners and their staff are very kind and nice people. The food is delicious and the restaurant, while modest in its furnishing, is clean and kept in order. If you like Kosher food, it's the place nr 1 to visit in Warsaw. The portions are huge, prices are ok and there is a wide choice of good stuff to eat. I had a great time.

Food was absolutely delicious and worth the price. Menu is not long but contain the most important dishes, humus was fantastic, falafel fresh and crunchy. Everything was fresh but the most delicious add were salads and pickled veggies. Something out of this world! I strongly recommend and it lands on top of my Warsaw culinary list! Must visit for a real kosher meal.

Overatted in my opinion, it has many locals which usually means it's good, but for me it is basic and expensive for basic. Shoarma was at the limit of beeing fresh. Humus and shoarma I do better at home and I'm not a great cook...

Visited BeKeF in Warsaw today with my partner and we were thrilled to find such a good kosher place in the city. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxed. It’s truly a gem for anyone seeking kosher dining options in Warsaw. Very happy with our experience and we highly recommend it!

A relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. I love this place. Word of warning though, go with a big appetite as the portions as ginormous!

Not the amazing place that most reviews describe, but the food was okay, maybe a bit pricey. Friendly service.

Lovely meal in a cozy place. The owner was helpful and giving great suggestions for food. Tasty falafels and hummus and really nice baba ghanoush and tapas. Very good portions, I shared it with my baby and we ended up full. Very good price quality portions. Highly recommend. Gracias 😊

i've been told that this is a real kosher restaurant, so I wanted to try!

Excellent falafels and delicious, punchy side salads. But the one-note hummus, whilst beautifully textured, was too heavy on the tahini and the chicken schwarma was tasteless and rubbery. It may be that those are just as they should be in an Israeli restaurant and that I simply prefer Lebanese iterations of this food.

I have eaten at this place before, and the food is good. Today I wanted to meet wit a bunch of friends who drove from another part of town to have lunch at the place. Even though on the website + on the restaurant itself it says it's open at 12, when we arrived the place was closed. Only after calling the owner, it turned out they decided not to open today and do only catering. That's extremely disrespectful towards the customers.

We don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. The staff is really friendly and helpful, portions are quite big, but the food is bad - chicken was dry, hummus was bitter and even cabbage was unpalatable. We are real fans of Israel cuisine and it’s a pity to have such a disappointing meal in local (not touristic) place with good rating…

Let's get things straight: it tastes like it was made in Jerusalem, simply delicious. Basically they serve Mizrahi, genuine, kosher Israeli food and the Israeli chef is really nice.
