Clothes are quite affordable in this mall if we compare it with other branded malls. Most of the branded apparels can be found here. Clothes for age group is available here and the mall is mostly uncrowded. Salespersons are quite cooperative and they are mostly around you to assist.

@reliancetrends last week I visited Christian Basti Guwahati centre. My total bill amount was around 2500. We went to billing counter to pay my bill. Next counter I have seen one billing executive offered discount to a customer that if we purchase more than 3000 then we will be getting 1000 rupees discount. Same thing I did & purchased one more garment. I went to billing counter to settle my bill. But discount was not offered to me. After lot of argument gave me 1000 rupees discount. I got a WhatsApp msg that next time if we purchase more 1500 then I will be getting 500 rupees discount (valid till 2nd October). Today I purchased around 3800 & billing executive said discount not available now. I showed him msg & he asked for a coupon. But cupon was not provided during my last visit. Even one of the staff in first floor said if you purchase this particular jeans will give you cupon but I didn't like that colour. Regarding discount nothing displayed in entire mall. I had a discussion with manager & he said staff can't tell you something like this. Why such a good brand is doing such nonsense things. Don't send false messages & give us fake commitment. Every offer should be displayed. You they want to hide?? While I was leaving security offered me to take few cupons & said if you purchase now you will be getting discount. Manager also don't care about customer. I paid 1000 rupees extra for their mistake.

I'm a regular valuable customer of Reliance Trends Family. But this time with Reliance Trends located in Christian Basti my experience was worst. Management is not good at all. They never listen to the customers, give fake commitments. When the goods are purchased and then when it comes to exchange within 1,2 days of purchase then they don't accept. I'll not recommend my friends to visit and now have to stop visiting Reliance Trends.

Today our experience in Reliance Trends Christian Basti is very bad. We went to exchange one shirt but in customer service we had to wait more than half and hour. We were only in the que. When we made a complaint and asked why should we have to wait for so long time when no other customer is there, then one person came who introduced himself as the manager of the trends behaved with us so rudely and challenged with us to meet outside the trends .We are the customer but his behaviour with us not at all satisfactory and acceptable.

28 size not available in pants. Also all staff available but they are busy to talk with each other . No one available for assist . 3:50 pm is their lunch time. Worst staff..

The store is pretty good compiling varieties of attires, particularly attractive to the eyes, however, the bags that they give clothes in happen to be ridiculously frail. It's inadequate to hold even the sufficient amount of clothes before ripping from the sides. This shows a deficiency in the customer service, which is simply disappointing. Trends needs to work on its 'bags' services. Thank you.

I really love reliance trends. You can get good choices of clothes at a relatively reasonable price. Only problem is that the medium size of clothes here sell out really fast and you are mostly left with the extra small or extra large sizes of the clothes you want to buy so much.
