This mall is easy to locate, situated adjacent to the main road, located in the supermarket area. Mall with food court and movie theater and parking space. It has max and lifestyle outlets on the 1st floor and food court on the fourth. Other outlets are yet to open. It also has a coffee shop at the ground floor. Its comparatively empty compared to other malls. Few floors are vacant as Other outlets are yet to come. The food court is huge and well kept. Few outlets serve and thus the options are limited. Overall good experience especially the food court.

I liked mall just due to the parking facility and clean washrooms. There are only three major stores of Landmark group namely Max, Lifestyle and Home Center. There is paid playing area for small children and small cafeteria.

The mall is very chic and beautiful on the inside.. There's Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, Sketchers and many other shops.. there's INOX for movie buffs.. Limited food options but you can pick something if you are really hungry.. We go there almost every week and end up buying something or other everytime.. 😀

Had the worst experience ever in the parking area at around the early noon on the 5th of Dec 23, today. Our friend had met us up in the mall from where we needed to go to the Secreteriat for just about 10 minutes then come back and join for lunch in the Maroon Room. Since both had come in our own respective vehicles, from different destinations and had met up in the mall, wherein we had decided to park one vehicle in the mall and head out all together in the other vehicle, since, it as just a matter of 10 minutes and any which ways we were coming back for lunch to the Maroon Room. However when we were going out, one of the lady security guard literally beckoned us to stop and in an extreme rude manner, reprimanded us to not park the vehicle and kept nagging us in a viciously rude tone which was very unexpected since we frequented this mall very often and literally formed a very convenient base for our client meetings, albeit it being centrally located and easily accessible with a chilled coffee area and with ample parking space. However after today's experience, I will never recommend this mall to any of friends, family, colleagues or clients ever. I am extremely disappointed and let down by this mall which was really beginning to become a favourite hangout since the past two years.

I liked this mall.. It has Lifestyle store, max and 4 screen Inox theatre. Huge parking lots for free parking. I liked the service and support staff behaviour in lifestyle store. They are very very attentive towards customer and would be there around you throughout the time. I visited the store twice and found the collection to be good enough. Happy shopping 😁👍

A business of a shopping mall depends upon the hospitable behaviour of the parking security guards. Very rude behaviour of the parking security guards of Aurus mall. If security guards ask customers why they have parked their vehicle in the parking where they are going etc. Atitude of the female security is too rude. The Aurus mall authority should train their security guards of parking how to behave with the customers. Customer expects welcoming behaviour from the entrance People should think twice before visiting Aurus mall.

It's an underrated shopping mall in Guwahati. Though it can't be compared with other bigger malls like the City Centre or the Central Mall, but it has three floors dedicated to parking only which makes shopping here super comfortable and hassle free. It doesn't have a lot of stores, but, it has the entire mall dedicated brands like Home Centre, Lifestyle, Max etc. Due to lack of small stores or brand outlets, it has a comparatively lesser footfall. Nothing has opened up here yet, except a few cafes, shops, and a movie theatre. So it's really a boring place to hang out. And the thing which makes this place even worse is their staff behavior, especially their female security guard who is really rude. Already with an awesome location, this place has the potential to become one of the best malls in Guwahati. I Hope, this place will soon fill up with game zones, more cafes & shops and the management would work on their employee's behavior.

Visited the Aurus mall. I was impressed. The mall is not very big but it is a good place to find your needs of clothes from (lifestyle fashion) and home furnishing (homecentre). The mall also has an INOX cinema hall, which is quite luxurious. The food cour here is called Food garden and is very well maintained will beautiful decor and good food . Not very crowded so a good place to chill with some chat, choley bhature, Chinese and a cup of tea. The food garden slso has the provision of games,mostly card games and billiards but at a charge of INR 100. The mall is undiscovered and the smaller area could be the reason why there is so less rush in the place. I'd love to visit again though!

The Aurus Mall is in the Dispur Supermarket area. The first one in Guwahati to have INOX Movie theatre.Its in the 5th floor. At present it has the Lifestyle store and Max Fashion Store for family shopping. The foodcourt is in the 4th floor.It is one of the prettiest foodcourt that I have seen in Guwahati.It gives a cafe vibe and is really maintained beautifully.Tables are labelled as sanitized or not sanitized.This is much needed for customers safety. Another commendable thing is they have a small sitting space on the ground floor.So no worries if your cab is on way.You can sit and relax. Even though it is still in the development process but will definitely be a highlight of Guwahati in near future.

The security guards especially the ‘women security’ must be well trained and ask them to keep “away” their rude and unprofessional behaviour before coming to work everyday. Such unprofessional rudeness coming from a security staff of such a well maintained mall is not acceptable. Truly disappointed, if they wanted to convey any message regarding parking of cars, they should know how to talk to its customers rather than to shout in their high pitch tone with latter blabbering and walking away. If this continues I see a dark side coming towards this wonderful mall.
