Five of us recently completed the Trapped for Cash escape room with Mindworks and it was fantastic! The premise of the game is really different to other escape rooms we have done between us and the puzzles are brilliant. Everyone in our group had their own strengths and it encourages you to work in teams. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys escape rooms and is either based this way or visiting. We have done both the Trapped for Cash and Mission Berlin rooms now and will definitely be getting a date in the diary to do the Smuggler’s one. Thank you from five very happy contestants 🙌

Booked to play Smuggler's Run and Trapped for Cash as 2 adults and 2 children (8/11) when staying in the area. These are both fantastic games, the hosting was excellent and funny on both counts and the games were well designed and thought out. We all had a great time - we (the adults) have played 150+ ER games at this point, and highly rate both games - we had a blast. Hope to return to finish the set in the future!

We completed the “Tapped For Cash” game-show style room and it was fantastic! Olive was our host who was enthusiastic and added so much to the experience. We were with our friends, who are seasoned escape room visitors (it was at first time), and they loved it as did we. You have set a very high bar for any further rooms we may visit! Thank you! 100% would recommend.

This is one of the best escape room venues around. Trapped For Cash ranks as one of my favourites of 130 rooms I've done, and Smuggler's Ruin isn't far behind. The puzzles are so elegant, the sets are great and they are just so much fun to play. Both games are unique and stand out amongst others in the UK. Our hosts were fantastic, particularly Fogg who was exceptional in Smuggler's Ruin - I can't see anyone else playing their role. The owner Jamie was and great host too and we had a lovely chat after. This venue seem overshadowed by others in the area, but they truly are fantastic games and I can't recommend them enough

Came in earlier today to play Smugglers Ruin. We've done 15-20 escape rooms and we enjoyed this as much as any of them. The escape room itself was really fun and very well designed, but our host (Grand Admiral Fogg) was the best host we'd ever experienced. He stayed in character through-out and was warm, friendly, funny & helpful. Looking forward to coming back to play the other rooms!

We played Smugglers Ruin as a group of 8 for part of my sisters Hens Do and we honestly all had the best time!! The host (Im pretty sure his name was Jamie?) was absolutely incredible!! He really set the mood for the game and was so so friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms and puzzles were top notch and cant wait to do all of the other rooms :))))

I did Smuggler's Ruin today and this was my first experience with Mindworks Escape Rooms. Our team was hosted by Grand Admiral Fogg and he was fab! He really put himself 100% into the role and this made a huge difference in the whole experience. I really enjoyed the game and the puzzles, definitely this is one of my top two escape rooms (now I have two favourites!). It's a shame you can do them only once, I'd definitely be back for more rooms from Mindworks. We have booked the room over the phone the same day and the lady on the phone dealing with us was great too. She was really engaged, professional, friendly and caring. Great customer service.

Absolutely loved doing Smugglers Ruin with Ginny Lou. We had such a laugh and would highly recommend to anyone either new to escape rooms or experienced escapees! Unique puzzles and very well thought out! Can't wait to come back and try other rooms!
