Why are the seats so dirty? Ew. That actually shocked me to see in a UK standard cinema. No seats were redeemable or close to manageable. Had to sit on them like that. And from what I see the complaints about dirty seats is a very old one which means they haven't bothered to clean or change the seats. Ew. This is easily the filthiest cinema I have ever visited. Carpets and seats had visible and questionable dark stains on them. . I dared not enter the bathroom after drinking my soda. The cover of my soda cup had brown stains on it but i had it changed. That's also another first for me at any cinema. Please clean this place! before it becomes a serious health hazard.. The Popcorn was terrible and cold. I asked for a mix of salt n sweet n had to suffer through predominantly salty and barely sweet popcorn. went with a friend n we were told that the ac would be on when we asked but clearly it was not. Ugh

Originally, I disliked this cinema (early out of covid) but they have really turned this place around! They often offer great old films, I managed to see jurassic park again which is always a bonus. The cinema is quite small but still has a decent size and very good audio. The food in big portions (as cinemas should for the price) and the salsa and guacamole is very nice with the nachos (best I've had from a cinema so far).

Been here loads of times to watch new films I've seen the Suicide Squad 2 and it was amazing just like the first one I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommended seeing it if it's your type of film go see it before it's too late I rate it 10/10. Just saw Multiverse of Madness I can't say how good it was because one point I jumped out of my skin and of my chair at a part of the film.

A group of kids talking and giggling throughout the entire film. Completely ruined the experience and I just wanted to leave. I want my money back. Had their feet up on the seats. No wonder there are so many other reviews mention the cleanliness. Could sometimes hear another film being played in the next room. The seats closest to the rear need more of an incline, otherwise you're peeking over the seat in front of you. I'm almost six feet tall and had to adapt my posture to see over the seat in front of me. Didn't make for a comfortable experience. Better off paying a bit more money to visit the Cineworld cinema in Crawley.

Went to see avatar, nice and quiet as it was a mid morning showing, plenty of leg room in the posh seats

We had a really good Saturday afternoon here, lovely staff, screen, seating and sound all excellent. Will be returning soon!

Screen 1 visited. Ok size. Volume not that loud. Premier seats are fine but not as good as Lux, and it cost more for some reason. Toilets are pretty minging, with no soap, broken taps. Everyone seems to feel the need to watch a film with a tray of junk food sat on their laps these days. The cinema itself is tucked around behind the corner of another building. Very generic chain /corporate cinema experience

Most mainstream cinemas are pretty much the same. The screen quality/sound was good but I'm no audiovisual expert. The staff at the food kiosk at this branch were very friendly and helpful, can't fault them. I've always thought cinemas are overpriced and that's not going to change - £14.50 each for two adults, £20 for drinks and popcorn -it becomes a surprisingly expensive trip. I'm not a regular enough cinema goer anymore to justify a subscription pass. One particular grumble, my partner used the toilets and they were in a bit of a mess.

About what you'd expect from a cinema. High prices for snacks but overall comfortable seats with good leg space, clean but slightly narrow toilets, friendly staff and nicely decorated interior. Speaking of the decor, the bathroom had some funky colors.

It's an average Odeon cinema. Clean an reasonably well maintained. Good range of snacks and drinks. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for parking and the train station.

Located slightly off the beaten track, but next to a useful car park. Well kept and clean inside. Plenty of screens and selection of food and drink. As with all cinemas these days, it's expensive. 2 tickets with food and drink is £50. Starting to become unreasonable. Good seating, however beware that premium seating isn't suitable for shorter people, as the seats in front are quite high

It's a long time since I've been to a cinema in the UK and the prices shocked me. However as a treat for my granddaughter we saw Mathilda the musical and enjoyed it. The seats were OK, but the screen was quite small I thought. Biggest rip off was the price of the pick and mix.

Comfy seats, good sound. Really enjoyed Avatar 2 in 3D. Had my own 3D glasses. Popcorn not too good, had much better in other cinemas. Overall - would visit again as it is the most convenient for Guildford.

The cinema is okay. The seats Are either leather (nice) or they’re dirty fabric ones that have been there for years so they’re disgusting. The screen quality itself is mediocre. The toilets are pretty bad. On the other hand, the cinema has quite a nice vibe and I cannot stress enough how nice and helpful the staff are!

A very nice cinema! Went to watch decision to leave which is an amazing film! The screen I watched it in was a bit small but it's understandable since its not as popular here. Staff were very friendly and overall a great experience!

I do like this cinema. It is a big chain and all that, but if you want to chuck a sickie with the Mrs to finally get date time, then you can get a cinema to yourself for mid week movies. We only go when there is a new Marvel movie though

Friendly staff, just one fault ordered a raspberry slush but it was out of order and i weren't told before I paid and was given the wrong one, had to get another drink instead as I didn't like the other flavour

Bog standard cinema, I liked the size of screen 5, but the ticket prices are atill ridiculous. Also didn't appreciate the signs saying no outside food is allowed. Way to discourage people from going to the movies, eh?

My first visit since lockdiwn. A whole new system of getting tickets ordered online and getting food and drinks from the kiosk. Helpful staff explained what we should do. Cinema was clean and the air conditioning was very welcome. The film (Elvis) was very good!

It's clean and not too busy (went to a 16:30 showing on a Thursday afternoon). The premium seats cost quite a lot these days, and the fact that you can buy a monthly 'see as many films as you like ' ticket for less than one premium seat is a bit much considering there's no in seat ordering of f&b and they don't recline either. I went to see a 3D movie and was given infant glasses - a bit of staff training wouldn't go amiss, it's not a complex job to check customers have a ticket and hand out a pair of glasses (paid for).
