I managed to book a last-minute appointment with Lyndon at Mayfair, on Friday, 29.10.2021, to discuss a timepiece I am interested to buy for my wife. I work locally and was there 15 minutes early. Peter kindly let me in. Everyone was professional and courteous. I politely declined to the offer of a coffee as I just had one before leaving my office. Lyndon and myself had a brief chat before he presented some alternative timepieces as the one I am interested in is not available. I like the simplicity and beauty of one of them and ended up keying in my pin several minutes later. Lyndon informed me that they could hold onto my (well my wife’s) first crown until we collect it sometime in December. I was extremely happy that I now have something special for my wife. I had a pleasant time at the store, made more special and memorable by the item that I purchased. Thank you to Lyndon, the show room team and Peter at the door. I don't normally write reviews however on this occasion I am compelled to do so. I recently visited the pragnell Boutique on Mount Street London Mayfair. I had an appointment booked with Mr Jarvis to enquire about my desired rolex watch. I have been to many high Street luxury boutiques before, however I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff at Pragnell which doss not come close to other dealers. The staff were extremely friendly and Mr Javis professional attitude and customer service was outstanding. His knowledge about luxury watches is exceptional. I hope to pop in soon to catch up. I recently acquired a bespoke engagement ring and a watch from the team at Pragnell in their Mayfair showroom. Emma B was an absolute star from start to finish; she expertly led me through the bespoke design process, making it an interactive and educational experience. From the initial sketches, to the 3D renders and final center stone selection, she guided me to make informed choices at each step, whilst also keeping me in the loop with regular updates. The team was more than happy to work to my requested timing, and I was delighted that Emma was able to source my requested watch in good time ahead of my planned proposal. The showroom itself is beautiful, and a fitting location for the calibre of fine jewellery and timepieces that Pragnell offers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience dealing with Pragnell – I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will certainly be returning in the future. Special mention to Craig and Sunil, whom I also had the pleasure of meeting during my visits. I was deeply impressed by their remarkable knowledge of jewellery, and Patek Philippe respectively.

We have had a absolutely brilliant experience at Pragnells in Mayfair, London with the lovely and very knowledgeable Shanshan. She has been great from the moment we contacted her to enquire about getting a Rolex Seadweller. She asked for my father-in-law details and we received the notification to say the watch was ready! We collected the watch today and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It is a beautiful shop, very friendly and professional security on the door as well as all the staff we met. We were offered hot drinks and then met Shanshan who explained about the watch, how it works and had a really nice conversation with her. After we collected the watch she kindly offered to show us around the showroom, explain about particular items and show us them. She is very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and all-round nice person. She is not only trained in Patek Philippe and Rolex but is GIA gemmologist trained too! After such a positive experience, I hope she receives the praise she deserves from managers for making my father-in-laws special birthday present a reality. She deserves a raise!! A brilliant professional in a brilliant shop and family-run company. We will definitely be coming back and are sold as repeating customers to Pragnells, thank you!!!

Today i had an amazing experience at Pragnell in mayfair and was served by Gregor. Gregor was very attentive and his attention to detail towards the Rolex that i wanted was second to none. I first ventured into the Mayfair showroom after seeing a platinum wedding band online. On entering the showroom all the staff were very friendly, and we were looked after by Stephen for the sizing and ordering. The online images certainly matched up to the viewing in the flesh. On the day we collected my wedding band with Stephen we were given a glass of champagne and looked at diamond wedding rings for my future wife. We also had Emma to help through the selection and a week later decided to purchase one of the rings. On the day of collection we once again greeted by the friendly staff and looked after by Stephen who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We also talked about timepieces as I had enquired about making a registration of interest for a Rolex Air-King for my impending wedding. Two weeks later I had a message informing me that one was available. I was looked after by Shanshan upon collection who was very helpful and insightful. A huge thank you to the Mayfair team and I have no hesitation in recommending Pragnell for the attentive service they have provided.

I went to Pragnell’s jewellers in Mayfair this week. What a wonderful jewellery and watch store it is. All the staff are polite and extremely helpful but more than that it is clear they all enjoy working there and looking after their clients. After walking by Pragnell on numerous occasions without going in, I decided it was time I introduced myself. I filled in the online enquiry form and the very next day, I received a call from Sunil, who has recently joined the team. We had a general chat about items that I already own and those that I would be interested in acquiring, and agreed that I would visit the showroom the following week. I had explained to Sunil that I was looking for a boutique with a personal touch, having dealt with larger multi-site businesses in the past and this was exactly what I got. We looked at various timepieces and I enjoyed a tour of the showroom. The jewellery both new and vintage is a sight to behold, even for myself who isn't a huge jewellery enthusiast. I am very much looking forward to shopping with Pragnell and Sunil who was a great host. I met quite a few of the team and it was a very warm and welcoming visit, which can be taken for granted, but not here!

Wonderful service from Emma Bilbrough at Pragnell. Was looking for a pendant for my wife and Emma was extremely helpful in sourcing designs and providing recommendations. If you can imagine the figure of Patrick Trueman of Eastenders, embodied with the charm of Ricardo Montalbán from Fantasy Island, then you will only have a superficial appreciation of the charm of the man. They managed to source the time piece for me as well as effortlessly move me between sales associates. This is a huge factor as I was not forgotten about during the handover.
