We were 8 girlfriends on a weekend away and hadn't booked but we were happily accommodated by the extraordinarily friendly owner who even offered to take group photos! The staff were well versed in top class service and the food was declared "the best we've had at a Cafe ever"! Thanks Pacinos for making our weekend extra special!

This cafe was really good, and we ate there for brunch when we went to Shellharbour for 2 nights. Their service is great, and they prepare quickly, so you don’t have to wait too long. The food was delicious and really prepared me for the bushwalking as I was not hungry. Pacinos Cafe has a variety of drinks, from hot to cold and food like pancakes and combinations with toast. Overall, this was a great experience and I really loved it.

There just isn't another venue in Shellharbour that comes close. Credit to the owners. The food and services is consistently A1, the coffee is sublime, and if you fancy a beer or wine with lunch, they have you covered. The attention to detail in every dish is immaculate, and the value for money unmatched in this town. Highly recommended.

Nice atmosphere good service, food was pretty good, I feel like the schnitzel was pre cooked and reheated on the hotplate though which affected the flavour and texture you would normally expect.

If you are in town must try this cafe, I been here multiple times. This time I had French toast and in drinks mixed juice . Images itself tells how good it looks and tastes amazing. If you like coffee their large golden take away cup is unique & coffee is really nice .

I loved this cafe! Came here with a few family members and food was lovely and perfectly portioned. Waitstaff were very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch.

We order different items on breakfast menu for family of 11. Service was quick and friendly. Considering it was very busy time of morning. We hardly had wait for our breakfast to be served. Thank you Tammy and Sam.

I used to come here twice a week. Since the new owners the prices have gone up and service has become slower. Today we were in and a cyclist pushed in and ordered. Then his mate wanted to go in front and asked us and we said no. Then the owner asked the cyclist to order before us. When I went to leave the owner then said “come on bro no need for you to make a scene”. I didn’t say anything but I’ll say it here, my time should be respected and only wasted based on my decisions, not the decision of a cafe operator. Definitely downhill since the new owners.

One of the best and biggest breakfast ever. Delicious and worth every penny. The waiting time is only few minutes for such a generous serving. Kudos to the staff who are really friendly and quick on their feet. Will definitely be coming back. 👍🏼😊

My husband and I enjoyed a coffee here this afternoon (Sun 16/07/23). Hadn’t realised that the cafe closed at 2:30pm but we were easily finished before then. I’d just like to mention that I had raisin toast and I was very impressed that the toast was thick cut and quite filling enough for a light lunch. Thank you.

We had pancakes and an omelette, which were ordered from the breakfast menu and were very filling. The staff are very nice and accommodated to customisations.

A great place to sit down for a bite. Very tasty food as well as coffee and drinks. All day breakfast available a great selection of food.

This morning me and my partner went for breakfast my first and last time there! Our food came and it wasn't what I ordered so I told them and they bring me out the same egg and bacon roll with the same old stale bun with the same sauce on it and just added what I ordered on it. I feel so sick after that I left what was on my plate and my partner's breakfast was old stale food just put on a plate! absolutely disgusting!! I wouldnt recommended going there at all waste of money and time! It makes me so angry that they can get away with doing that to paying customers!

Visited a couple of times and consistently friendly staff, great service, tasty food and were even kind enough to scramble an egg in a brekky roll, just that one time though only because it was not busy apparently. Perhaps could offer that option in the menu? Over toasted BLT and overpriced at $4 to add avocado. It didn’t have much avo at all in the sandwich so knocked off stars for that too but still a nice breakfast place.

Friendly accommodating staff, good outdoor undercover space and wheelchair accessibility. Had raisin toast and a chai latte and both were delicious. A friend had his regular cheesecake and loved it. Great place in Shellharbour village to meet up with friends before a short walk to the beach.

Visited the cafe for breakfast. The staff were friendly and cheerful. A line was forming and the woman serving called for help which quickly came. The order was placed and the food was brought soon after. Nicely surprised. The meal was delicious and perfectly cooked for me. The presentation was attractive as well. The coffee was brewed to the right temperature. It seems like a popular place judging by the number of patrons and coffees ordered. Recommended

I attempted to dine at this establishment this morning with my daughter. I approached the counter asking if I was able to dine in, they said yes and that was all. I sat and looked at the menu and decided what I wanted to order and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, I then realised maybe I have to go up to the counter to order. (Usually it will say on the menu please order at the counter) but it didn’t. Confusing. I studied the room and realised there were only two other customers here.. this place is clearly lacking good customer service if no one had come out to atleast let me know that I had to order at the counter. I left and went to a different cafe a few doors down and had an amazing experience. Maybe I will return in the future to see if you have taken this feedback into account and I will remove my low rating. I have also noticed that the owner is argumentative to people that have left honest reviews, it looks really unprofessional.

One of the best ways to enjoy a good coffee is to have it in the shade when a nice breeze is blowing. Pacino’s cafe is the perfect place to do just that. Shout out to the friendly team working on Friday 17/2/23!

Bloody Delicious! Great food and you definitely get value for money. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.
