    Impossible to reach by telephone !!! Called the number 100 times, then pressed 2 for technical assistance and EVERY single time got disconnected!!! Great telephone company…😡😡😡

    I went there because my simcard was not working (no calling, sms and mobile data) and the guy could not help me out! He did not even try to find a solution🤬

    Depending on the time you get there, there can be longer wait times. The staff are super helpful though and do solve issues you present them with so that’s great!!

    Customer service / policy very bad. Went back to change something after 15min from buying. They told me that it's not possible and I should sell the product and buy another one after !

    Can be very busy, but the staf is very helpfull and the waiting isn't to long. The staf know their craft.
