The restaurant is really modern and cozy style, the food is always fresh with great quality and the team is super polite patient and kind even in rush hours!!! Client service is top!!!

Delivery time ran up to 1 hours and 45 minutes for 1 km drive. I called, explained the issue and the female contact person just hung up. The order was "on it's way" and 5 min later, the other had the status delivered, but nothing was delivered ... After having the Uber Eats driver changed 5 times, the last driver was so friendly to pass me the owner who said the last driver before this one took the order and then cancelled it. This should be concidered serious and willing misconduct !

Good sushi, poor service. Very long time to wait for picking up the order, more time ( +45 min) to wait for bringing the order. We ordered also more than 10 portions for takeaway just to see that they didn't prepared the order for takeaway and the kitchen was closed. We were offered the drinks for free and if we want some orders that were not picked up. We drove 45 min to there.

Pros - Good food! Great ambiance. Massive portions. Cons - Service was horrible. Felt like only one waiter for the whole restaurant. They got us starters in 40 mins and then an hr from that for the mains. I mean our appetites were gone by the time our main were out on our table. Also - No forks! I mean my sister in law lives close by and she mentioned that every time she’s here there’s always something wrong - either timing or food or service. I mean, for a quick meal - spend 2 & half to three hours is a bit unreasonable.

Few clients during my visit, but I waited for almost an hour and heard from the kitchen that they forgot my order. In the end, for this meal, I wasted nearly 1.5 hours in waiting for food/for service. Kind apologies were given by another waiter, I appreciate his responsive reaction to our complaints. For its overall quality, I wouldn’t bother going back to this restaurant.

The food is excellent. However they waited until they served everyone at my table (40 mins) to tell me they couldn’t serve me the thing I ordered. I had to wait and I started my meal 10 mins after the rest of my table finished theirs.

It’s better to order by Uber eats. The sushi is good and I wanted to eat in place but I waited for more than 1 hour and the order never arrived at the table. They were too busy to get the service going by getting the Uber Eats order first.
