Worst of the worst! I went to this store a week ago as it is close to work. I replaced my wife's cracked iPhone6. They must have installed a faulty (or defective) screen on my iPhone 6. The phone has two spots like dots that were lit up when I picked it up. The spots looked like pressure points and they never existed when we bought the phone a year or two ago. Well, without using the phone as it was always on airplane mode, the phone developed two straight line cracks, one horizontal and one vertical. Both cracks met at one of those light spots I referred to earlier. When the phone was returned, I got concerned about those two pressure points on the screen. The employee mentioned "if you have any problems with the screen, we will replace it no cost". Well, $80 later, and $10 for the protector, the screen cracked. The phone was not used at all! When I took it back, the owner said "there is nothing I can do about it". He offered for me to pay him again to fix it. The screen was faulty or defective. I would not pay him again to put that crappy material they use. My advice to anyone thinking of using these CROOKS: stay away from this store! Pay $30 more to Apple and get it done right! These guys have no clue what they are doing.

The guy is nice I've gone about 5 times yet every time I go I leave and something else on my phone wasn't working I thought my phone was just a piece of junk at first and then began to realize he was most likely replacing working parts in my phone with faulty ones just to be able to charge me for the original ones back and the labor . I'm never going back again . No offense to anybody but I'd honestly rather a white person work on my phone this guy acted like my best friend every time I went in there and he's a crook. I've had bad experiences upon bad experiences going to these main ave stores in Clifton and Patterson trying to get my phone fixed they're either like this guy or way too over priced I don't trust any of them anymore

I was very disappointed my last visit here. I went in looking for a common phone part so I can repair my phone. The lady working was incredibly clueless for an employee at a phone repair store. She was literally no help at all to me or the customer infront of me. The only reason im even giving this place two stars instead of one is because when I came here with a broken phone a few years ago, they were able to save it. I don't know if they changed owners or what, but it didnt seem like the same place this last visit.

The worst experience ever They took my phone and I paid 100 for fixing They returned it worse than before I asked them to fix it again they kept the phone for 10 days and they never touch it it still broken don’t waste your time and money with them

Had a fantastic experience here. The owners are polite, professional, and they do right by their customers. They took care of my phone problem, and the price was very reasonable. Not only that, but they are just incredibly pleasant people in general. Glad I found this place.

I brought my broken phone in right before closing time and they happily replaced my screen in just a few minutes. Great customer service!

Came here to get my phone repaired! Customer service was GREAT! Both were so nice. They fixed my cracked screen in less than 10 minutes and gave me a $10 discount. The next one I crack my phone this is the place I’ll be going. 5 stars hands down!

They changed my phone 3 times in a month and it still doesn’t work!! They charge me 70 ever time we fix the charging port then the screen stopped working worst service poor management

Don’t use this business, I am a loyal customer for 3 years. Bought many things from them, thought they were good people. I bought a phone case last week, it was defective, it kept popping open , it wouldn’t stay closed at all. Due to it opening up unexpectedly my phone fell and it also resulted in my screen protector cracking (I bought that there too) anyways I brought it back and they refused to exchange the case for another . They acted like I was scamming them , which is laughable due to being a very loyal customer. So now they lose my husband and myself as customers, I will also be disputing the charge with my cc and I will get the refund anyways. And now I will post this HONEST REVIEW of these crooks. So I hope the 10 dollar phone case was worth losing 100’s of dollars in business. I will note ; the Dominican guy who used to work there was amazing and had excellent customer service, the owner is the biggest douche the community will ever see. And I’m pretty sure he will be the downfall of his own business.

Great customer service and technical capabilities. I took my iPhone 6 after my daughter broke the screen and lost the ability to hear calls and music. They were able to fix my screen and the speakers in the same day. I even bought additional accessories which worked great and for reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this store for any of your cell phone needs.

Such a great place. They have good prices in unlocked phones, so no need to go and attach yourself to a non ending contract... Plus because I bought my iPhone 6s there, they gave me a really good deal fixing my computer, they are really experts in the subject. 100% recommended.
