A mish mosh of every little accessory and knick knack that teenage girls (& younger) would like.... Located inside the Garden State Plaza Mall, this staple of mainstream malls attract young girls and their unlucky parents into a vortex of unnecessary but wanted things that entirely become junk after a few days. Also a popular place for girls to get their ears pierced....

Was kicked out 15 min prior to closing. I was very rudely told that they were closed when I was ready to check out. There was even another group still in the store. Even if she had to close early, the worker didn't even have the courtesy to tell me BEFORE I had everything I was going to purchase. I wouldn't even be as upset if she didn't have such a nasty attitude too.

I think 60 to 80 dollars for ears piercings is a bit over priced they have teenager piercing ears with no lisence and the so called gold diamond earrings are steeling sliver and it’s crystal or cubic zirconia I had them check by a jewelry this is robbery I can see 25 30 to let a teen pierce my ear no thanks

So apparently, there wifi was down and they had to run all cards as credit. My card kept declining despite the fact that I had money AND Spencer's was able to run my card as credit perfectly. My mom and grandmother ran their cards and the same problem occurred. However, when the couple being us used their card, it worked fine. She then proceeded to ask us if we have enough money. Not to mention the whole time she was dealing with us, her hands kept shaking like we were threatening her. But she was calm when dealing with other (white) people. This is the last time I go into claire's.

I was just in Claire's Garden State Plaza Mall in NJ and as I was at the register about to pay the young lady at the register asked us if we opened an item. I told her we did not, she turned to another associate right in front of my face to ask the associate if she gave us the item open. I stood there and said to her I just told we didn't open it so you're accusing us of lying. She ignored me and told me the price and I put everything down and walked out. No apologies nothing. Won't be going back there. She brought my anxiety high and ruined my evening and my shopping experience at Claire's. She needs to be taught customer etiquette. She shouldn't be working there.

never get anything pierced here ALWAYS go to a professional piercer who will use a NEEDLE. i cant believe claire’s is still allowed to do piercings it’s absolutely disgusting.

I got my ears pierced here yesterday and the employees were so nice and informative about it. I forgot the name of the one who did mine but she was super friendly and lines up my piercing amazingly.

Very rude and unhelpful! I asked the lady working there for help on finding an item and she seemed very uninterested in helping.

They charged me for things I didn’t buy. I told the worker to take these things off my order and she said she did. I bought an item for 2.50 and got charged 20$. Trying to get my money back but no response. Don’t shop here .
