Awful. If there were an option to give a negative star for my experience with this office, I would not hesitate. My interactions with the staff, especially the doctor, have been an unsettling journey of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Upon my arrival, the understanding and patience one would expect were notably absent. While I fully acknowledge the importance of punctuality, my mere 7-minute tardiness was met with unwarranted condescension, especially after my proactive communication and willingness to reschedule or cover any fees. This raised my first red flag. The true ordeal, however, centered around my insurance. The office hastily and alarmingly informed me of its invalidity, a claim I knew to be untrue. My insurance company confirmed its active status and even provided the office with alternative means to submit the claim. Instead of diligently pursuing these alternatives, the office lazily jumped to conclusions and declined, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. It’s essential to question whether you would want your healthcare provider to operate based on assumptions, especially when it means providing potentially distressing misinformation. Further compounding the issues, their submission of an incomplete authorization resulted in a significant delay for a prescription I desperately needed - a medication that could be described as life-altering. Such oversight is not just a minor inconvenience; it has real-life consequences. It’s been a sequence of unnecessary hurdles and mishandlings, culminating in their defensive and dismissive response when confronted with their shortcomings. In a realm where trust, professionalism, and patient care should be paramount, this practice misses the mark considerably. Potential patients: Please consider if this is the type of experience you’d want when it comes to something as invaluable as your health.

The office is amazing , to book appointment I was able to do it online from there portal , after booking that i got a call right away from the office confirming appointment and gave my insurance, i filled out paperworks , my appointment was at 10am and i got there 15 minutes to spare , and did my signatures, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This office puts emphasis on time and was called in exactly at 10am , the visit was precise and exceptional. They were very efficient, and after visit , check out process was very easy. Definitely a place ill highly recommend , and a place ill surely be back.

I see two doctors at Sullivan Street Medical and they are both fantastic. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful in answering questions. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes past the start of my appointment. The doctors are kind, thorough, and are not in a rush. I had a particularly uncomfortable procedure and the doctor talked me through each step as she was doing it and checked in on me several times.

Friendly people, but do not come to Sullivan Street Medical if you are looking for timely answers. I showed up for my appointment, explained my issue and was clearly worried about it, they took blood and told me that I would get my results in two days at the latest. It’s been over a week, I’ve called 5 times asking for my results, still scared, and I haven’t received answers from anyone. Totally unprofessional and truthfully very concerning. Waste of time and resources.

I was so blessed to have Dr Todd McNiff as my primary care doctor for over 11 years. When I relocated to Los Angeles from NYC, I knew I would be hard pressed to find the kind of care he provided for so long. I miss him (and Dr Godwin!) and his amazing office team and culture. I considered him an expert, a trusted friend, and one of the kindest souls I’ve met.

Friendly, competent staff. Clean, organized and welcoming office. Dr. McNiff and his team always give their full attention and best care. They provide an easy to use online healthcare portal wherein I can access my visit history and medical updates. Highly recommend.

Just had my first visit here and will absolutely be recommending others to as well! Two of my coworkers beamed about this doctor’s office when I asked where I should get blood work, so I went to make an appointment and was able to get in the next day. I am absolutely horrible with needles and the doctors did not make me feel ridiculous or weird for all the little things I do not to faint(I didn’t!). Everyone was very kind, professional, and punctual. The office is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Dr. Todd is absolutely amazing. He’s a wonderful pcp in general, but in a real pinch he’s proven to be a hero.

Solid practice with caring medical personnel and staff. Dr Todd McNiff has been my primary care physician since 2016. He’s the upmost professional and provides great medical care and advice. His practice is a one stop shop for all things internal medicine including vaccines, flu shots, blood work, and even travel medicine. Great service through the years!

I see both Dr McNiff (my internist) and Dr Hobbs (my gyn). It is it incredibly convenient and helpful to have my two primary doctors in the same practice. Both doctors are excellent- smart, compassionate and well connected with other specialists and important research hospitals. Highly recommend this practice.

Kind, considerate, knowledgeable and caring team of doctors and clinicians. I feel safe in their hands. From making the appointment to seeing Dr. McNiff or one of the other team members to the followup, it's seamless.

I had an appointment and was running late. I called from the subway at 9:00am, no one picked up. I called again at 9:01am, and spoke with the front desk to say the subway I was on had been diverted that I and was rushing from the subway station at 14th street and would be there asap. Upon arrival at 9:18 (my appointment was for 9:00am) I was told I would have to reschedule. I came from Brooklyn, and while I’m sorry I was late, had I been told over the phone that my appointment would have been given away at a certain time (9:05 per the front desk) I would have bitten the bullet and taken a cab from the station. I felt like the attitude exhibited by the front desk was very unaccommodating and discourteous. The two persons at the front even seemed to chastise me because they thought that by rushing from 14th street “that I’d be at their office at 9:05am”; regardless, the communication was very poor on their end and I’d rather not reschedule. All the best, as I have heard very nice things about this medical group, but it’s pretty clear that the front desk could use some customer service training. This review has no bearing on the medical providers.

I have had 2 appointments this past month and have had great experienced with both Nurse Practitioners. They were thorough and efficient. I didn’t have to wait at all once I checked in or in the room for my exam. Lab results came back quickly. It is way to get an appointment online. They have very fair billing and even refunded me a fee from my insurance that was incorrect. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend or family!!
