I
went
for
a
massage
and
IV
Therapy.
The
IV
therapy
could
be
better
with
more
information
and
transparency
on
the
price.
I
asked
twice
what
vitamins
and
my
response
was
energy
booster
and
skin.
I
was
happy
with
the
massage
service
until
the
end
when
the
price
on
the
website
significantly
differed
from
the
charges
made.
I
addressed
the
issue
and
it
was
explained
by
their
website
prices
not
being
up
to
date.
The
price
was
corrected
to
their
website
price
but
it
really
gave
me
a
bad
feeling
and
experience.
I
didn’t
tip
my
usual
30%
and
no
longer
want
to
use
their
services.
I
regret
going
there
and
tipping
10%.
Not
very
professional.
Hi
Gea,
I
am
replying
to
your
third
edited
response.
To
be
clear,
it
wasn’t
the
price
of
your
services,
it
was
the
principal
that
I
was
charged
a
different
amount.
It’s
not
my
opinion,
it’s
facts.
It
looks
like
your
employee
gave
you
the
wrong
information.
I
spoke
with
Daniela
on
the
phone
and
told
her
I
would
like
to
try
your
services
as
it
had
great
reviews
and
provided
a
variety
of
services.
As
a
medical
professional
and
a
first
time
customer
at
your
spa,
I
was
highly
disappointed
on
the
information
not
given
for
the
IV
therapy.
IV
therapy
has
a
mixture
of
multiple
different
vitamins.
How
would
I
know
I
was
being
charged
for
2
treatments
of
IV
therapy
without
being
informed?
Most
people
go
for
1
IV
treatment
that
is
tailored
for
their
needs.
For
the
facial,
I
was
initially
charged
$180
until
I
showed
the
website
price.
I
hope
my
review
prevents
anyone
from
getting
“misinformed”
and
your
website
price
is
consistent
to
your
charges.
