This place is a SCAM !! I would've given a zero star, if possible. I booked a couples massage with them. The lady who did my massage did NOT do a good job. It was not relaxing at all. After the massage session, the owner asked for tip for the employees !!! I planned to give tips but she even told me how much to tip and she FORCED us to pay the tips that she wanted . I already paid $400+ . Her behavior is unacceptable. Tips should NOT be forced. I went there after seeing all the good reviews. Now I think the reviews might be fake. These are NOT professional massage therapists. AVOID at all costs.

It was our first time getting a massage. Freaking Amazing! We enjoyed it soooo much! Great customer service. Jasmine was so welcoming. Cindy was great and so funny. K has strong hands 😁 We will be back! I highly recommend!

i didnt like the overall attitude and atmosphere. i booked a microneedling service (which i thought there would be numbing) and it wasnt even an intense microneedling. i felt like they focused more on massaging me rather then my facial to be honest. and when i reached the desk to pay (i always tip regardless) but it like they demanded it. i wouldnt come back here or recommend.

Fabulous service!!! Did the couples Korean body scrub & massage with my gf and we felt so renewed!!! Update: Went again on Feb. 11th for another couples experience - Korean body scrub, massage and facial. We kind of had 2 different experiences - mine was perfect (attentive and each professional listened to my wants). My fiancé, unfortunately, received a much less gentle experience. Her initial person was very judgemental of her body, which I had to counter during the scrub. At the end of the massage, she was punched in the back, instead of a milder technique. She was actually in pain once we got home. I felt terrible... This time I would give 4 stars for the variance in quality of care

I was looking forward to treating myself to the Caribbean Escape treatment for my birthday . I haven’t been to Spa Dew in five years after having a baby and moving out of NYC. I used to go there for different packages and facials . I called today to make an appointment and after providing my phone # I was told my card needed to be charged for a No Show. I never missed my sessions in the past and what upset me the most was how can the apply current policies to the past. If you can’t provide info about when I supposedly missed the appointment and you don’t care to lose a customer and treat with respect and consideration for birthday event, how can you call yourself a service business? Shame

My masseuse name was Honey. She was the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I will always ask for her. She is very professional, and knows how to craft . I have traveled a lot and have had a lot of massages, but she was the best.

This spa is a hidden gem in Fort Lee. My friend books appointments for me when I visit NJ, and I couldn't be more grateful. I now love Spa Dew! I have had a body scrub and a handful of massages, all of which were great experiences. Julie, Michelle, and honey are excellent at what they do. Jasmine at the front desk is personable and attentive. Jasmine greets me and ushers me to the locker room, where I change into a robe and store my belongings. Then off to the massage room with the lovely Michelle, who does miracles on my body. In all the years I have received massages, I have never had anyone be as accommodating as Michelle is with me. Besides her soothing and caring demeanor, she is strong and knowledgeable. We have great conversations, the times I don't fall asleep. One of the things she does that I greatly appreciate is that she changes the face pillow to a thicker cushion, so I am comfortable lying on my chest. It makes me feel special cause it's not easy lying on my stomach as a big-chested woman. After the massage, there is always the option to use the dry sauna. Offer that I happily take if I have the time. Cozy vibes all over, and everything is tidy and clean. I swear I levitate out of here each time. The place is never packed. At most, I've seen two other people while I've visited, which is why they are strict about people being on time. I find the prices reasonable for their services and have never been told what to tip. People, please tip!

I came here for the Couples Scrub package. Both of us had a great experience! We left feeling like we have new skin. The ladies were thorough and attentive. It was relaxing and the place was very clean. I would come back for the same or try out other services.

Every time I come here, I like to get the Dew Scrub with Wet Oil Massage and it’s one of the best services ever! So relaxing and rejuvenating. No wonder why I come here several times a year!

I've been there several times for a steam, the body scrub with honey and milk rinse, and then a massage. Always a wonderful experience! Hughly Recommended!

My acne got worse lately with long work hours and from wearing mask all day and a friend recommended Spa Dew for a facial. Aqua peel was recommended and it was absolutely amazing. My acne got cleared out so much with two sessions and my skin feels so much smoother and brighter now. It was the best facial and the place is super clean. And staff very friendly. Will definitely go back for more facial sessions.

Spa Dew is a beautiful and peaceful spa. This is our second time getting a couples massage there and we’ll be returning customers. The massage therapists are great. They provide just needed deep tissue full body massages while checking and ensuring comfort. Using the dry sauna after the massage is the perfect cherry on top! Thanks Spa Dew!

My Aqua Peel Facial with Michelle was amazing! Very professional and caring service. Felt great after the treatment. My skin was smooth, hydrated, and glowing. Highly recommended!

first ever massage ever, back was very tight, but after the massage my body feels so light, especially my back. You can choose the option of light medium or deep in terms of hard of a massage you want. highly recommend 10/10

HORRIBLE service. Never go to this place. I booked a couples massage with my husband. The massage was not that good but worst part was the manager. She was not letting us leave without tips. It made us very uncomfortable. Although we paid tips but she FORCED us to pay more tips. Pay your own employees. If your service is not good, you don’t deserve good tips. DO NOT go to this place. There are other better spa centers.
