The work that Dr. Madiam did for me was not of quality, poor aesthetics and expensive, apparently the materials are not of good quality. Among several jobs she performed on me, she changed a crown and after 15 days it fell off, when the one she removed lasted more than 20 years. I called to request a review and warranty appointment and this doctor did not even offer a greeting out of courtesy after making me wait 35 minutes in the room and 25 sitting in the chair without attending to me. He did the job not very willingly, I knew he was finished because his assistant told me so. He left without saying anything. Little culture for a professional. The best recommendation for your work to last is "don't chew too much." Have you seen such a recommendation? It seems that his lack of feeling and discourtesy with patients is frequent, it is enough to read many of the reviews to realize this and the best thing, when riposta wants to respond in his favor by disqualifying the complaint, of course, he puts a tone of "education" well pretended, of course On the other hand, little respect for your time, in each appointment I waited at least 40 minutes. On one occasion he made me wait in the room for 1 hour and in the consultation chair for 35 minutes, which cost me a parking ticket for more than 2 hours. Another negative factor of this clinic is the difficulty of parking. Think twice before requesting a service with this clinic

I've been going to this Dentist for years. They've always been very friendly and professional throughout my countless visits. They also make sure to give/explain to you all options so you can make an informed decision when needed. They are also very flexible in terms of scheduling around your free time and are always prompt. If my appointment was at 12:30, they see me at(or close to) that time. I don't have to wait 30+ minutes like other establishments I experienced. I find it very convenient as well that they send text reminders when your next appointment is near (I always forget these things). Highly recommend!

Super excellent service! The most professional and courteous dentistry I have experienced. They are very gentle and make sure you are treated pain free. Very honest and sincere in procedures and in price costs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If i could give 100 stars I would! Today was my very first time at Eco dental. From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment, they were extremely helpful and very patient. My first visit blew all kinds of expectations I had. Aside from the very clean office, they welcomed me as if I have been there before. They explained everything and asked all questions I had. From toothbrush questions to procedures and schedules. Showed me the comprehensive x rays and pictures for me to understand the importance of taking care of not only your teeth, but your whole entire mouth. Everyone was very professional and I was delighted to be treated by everybody. I’m not sure what took so long for me to go to them. I would recommend to all my friends and family!

They are amazing! Today was my first visit and I’m truly amazed on how much they care for their patients. I made an appt during my lunch time and they took me right in at my appt time (no wait), since this was my first apt they took all X-rays and pictures which took no more than 20-30 minutes. Then they proceeded to do my check up and told me all the steps I needed to take to get to a very healthy dental status. My appt lasted about an hour and a half. From the beginning they explained to me what was covered with my insurance and what I would be paying for my procedures going forward. I am so happy i chose them and can’t wait to start my journey with them.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Figueredo really cares about her patients and their well being. Takes most insurances, and works with the patient if they don't have insurance. Modern equipment, clean and comfortable office. What more can you ask for.

I went to this Dentist today for the first time with a bad gum infection from a root canal I had done in Hoboken. I could not sleep at night from the pain in my moth. Family EcoDental took care of the problem for a fraction of the prize .I would recommend this dentist to everybody .
