They are getting 4*. So far they have been consistent. I came back from going to individual nail techs and I forgot about the shoulder rubs. I'm liking it here , I can walk in .. no appointment needed. They have done every design I bring to them. Convenient for my schedule

I have lived in the area for a year and have been going there since. Every time there’s something else that’s unprofessional that i usually ignore or chalk up to accidental ( long wait times, lack of communication about prices substandard care of cuticles etc). Today I called for a pedicure appointment at 5:30pm and was told 6pm was better so I came in as i was told to. At 6:30pm everyone started cleaning up the salon, mopping etc even stopped my pedicure to mop around the chair. This is considered rude to me but I understand. When i sat down to dry my toes without even being there for 5 minutes I was asked to pay. I gave my card and then was told to get up to sign for the payment where I had to go to the iPad and pay. After I signed they signaled to the door like to leave? Which I did. It wasn’t even 7:15pm. It’s not the way to treat a customer by forcing them out the door without even drying your pedicure. And now that I’m home i see my toes are not evenly cut or filed. I won’t be back.

Everyone at Golden one spa is amazing. So nice and the atmosphere is so welcoming. They do nails so amazing. Nicole and everyone remembers who you are and they have great customers service! They did my nails for my wedding (the purple and white) and I loved them. I highly recommend going to this nail salon.

Safe to say that I will not be returning. I have been coming here since the beginning of the year for gel nails. Today I came in for a regular manicure. Eva started the process, she filed my nails terribly one side was square and the other round. Every single nail was frayed not to mention nails still had the nail clippers cuts that were not filed down. After looking at the file job, I politely told them it was not to my liking and before Eva could respond, Nicole immediately took over. She was pleasant and refiled each of my nails. Before she polished my nails, she never asked me to wash my hands or even wipe them off with a towel/cloth. My hand had nail filing dust in the inside of my palm, no lotion and no base coat. I brought my own Essie gel nail polish which they normally charge extra for, she automatically charged me the extra thinking I had chose a color from their rack. once she starter Polishing she realized it was my own polish and never even mentioned to me that she over charged ( under hand practice that should be reported). I brought the nail polish and top coat, my top was slight dry so she ended up using her own, when I. Was leaving I mentioned the over charge in which she responded that she charged the FULL extra cost (nail polish and top coat) because she had to use her own tol coat. TERRIBLE practice and service, to cheat a person over a few dollars. This was the second time she over charged me, the first time I didn't bother to mention it. My nails also still had chipped edges. Awesome customer service, I’ve been going here for a few months now. I’ve been greeted every time; after the first visit they remembered my name which is nice as they are often busy. It makes for a welcoming environment that you want to return to. I usually get an acrylic set, with a funky paint request. They last me about two weeks, maybe a few days less if a nail breaks off. My natural nails have grown a lot. I removed a set myself once and although they were thin they made it through the day without breaking or getting caught onto anything before I was able to return for a new set. Nicole does a great job of executing them, as does Sai. They get pretty busy so I’d recommend calling ahead to see if they have appointments available. Definitely recommend going to this nail salon if you’re in the area :)

I absolutely love this salon everyone is very nice the owner is a sweetheart and Sai is my favorite she does wonders with my nails. One of those extremely picky people therefore I’m happy I found this place and I appreciate them taking good care of me. The place is conveniently accessible by car and bus. Luckily parking is not a problem in this area you might have to walk a little but can easily find a spot. I like their selection of nail polishes and they’re fairly clean and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!!

I absolutely love everyone who works here! They are kind, attentive, and knows what they are doing. The pedicures are to die for and they give fantastic massages. I sold my house in May and moved 2 states away. Once a month I still make the trip back to Queens to get my nails done there. It is so worth it.
