My husband and I have been coming to Dr Rosy Joseph for over 10 yrs. Dr Joseph and Rose are great however her Reception staff is unreal. They have absolutely no idea how to deal with patients. You do not put a patient on hold for 20 minutes and never get back to them (not once but multiple times). You leave messages that they never respond to you and other problems.

They are the smartest, nicest and most caring doctors that I've ever been a patient of. Even in the middle of this pandemic, they found time for us and managed our care. They are incredibly thorough and they are very prompt about getting back with test results. Their office is extremely well run and my experience has been that they run very close to schedule. They've taken me earlier for an appointment, more often than they've had me wait.

After I graduated college and came back home I did not have a primary care physician. My mother used to see one of the providers at this group so I decided to try it out and I am glad that I did. From when you first call the front desk they are always friendly and patient when it comes to questions and making appointments. The service of care you get from the whole facility is amazing! My primary physician is Miriam Benoff, NP and she goes above and beyond to ensure you that your health is top priority. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this facility.

I've been seeing Miriam Benoff for several years, and she's absolutely wonderful. She's extremely knowledgable, but, more than that, she's genuinely caring. She listens carefully and follows up, calling me to make sure I'm ok and patiently explaining every time I have a question. I'm at the age when I really need a dependable and caring primary care giver and I feel lucky to have found one in Miriam, who gave me invaluable guidance during a health crisis last year and who always is there when I need her. The office is friendly, efficient and accessible and my experiences with Dr. Joseph and Dr. Muttana have been very positive, also.

My visits to Miriam Benoff are always 5 star outcomes. She is warm, friendly and knows her patients and their detailed medical histories. She is very thorough, reviews all aspects of a situation, and offers well-thought-out diagnoses and resolutions. She offers excellent referrals when necessary.

Dr. Joseph is an excellent physician. She really cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients receive the best care available. Her staff is professional, friendly and very accomodating. I consider myself very lucky to be part of this practice.

I saw PA Asher yesterday for my uncontrolled blood pressure and all I have to say is that I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor than I have with him. He took his time to get to know my medical history and really actually cared about my overall well being. Even the million questions I had he answered and even the next day I called to ask even more questions and his nurse and the other doctors were so nice in answering my questions. Its comforting to know that they actually care about treating my hypertension and working on medications to making me feel better. I am so happy I found them!

I have been seeing nurse practitioner Miriam Benoff at BSD Nephrology for several years now. She is absolutely wonderful compassionate and caring, very thorough! The medical assistants are very kind as well as the rest of the office staff. They do all they can to help you get an appointment right away when you are having an urgent problem. I highly recommend this practice!

My elderly mother has been using this practice for years. The medical staff is Outstanding and all the office staff are patient, compassionate and attentive. They are top notch.

The doctors are wonderful. My mother has been a patient of Ms. Benoff for over ten years and has received the best care ever. The doctors are always available and only a phone call away.
