My husband bought me the nightmare before Christmas ring with the warranty. I’ve worn it only twice and lost the black onyx. I go to get it fixed under warranty and $75 for what. It’s not even covered. Of course the young lady who sold it to my husband no longer worked there. Nothing they can do to help not even the 800 number they gave me. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ashley was incredibly helpful and made my experience not only smooth but simple. Helped me pick up an online order that was not ready yet she went above and beyond to ensure I received my product in a timely and professional manner!

Marina went over and beyond what’s normally done in customer service and for this transaction ..She helped me secure a watch for my boyfriend that I couldn’t find online anywhere.According to Customer service-they had given me multiple numbers to stores that supposedly had it,( no one wanted to look I feel && NO WATCH) but she was the store that went over and beyond to make the customer happy and found what I was looking for..Not only did she find it , she sent me a video so I could see it in person or as close as I could get.Everything was over the phone and now it’s en route for my fellas birthday. Any transaction further I will be contacting her.
