Luis C. was extremely helpful, professional, and patient with us when we were buying and setting up our new phones. He answered all of our questions and took his time explaining everything. He is friendly and courteous! We will definitely go to this Verizon store again!

The manager of the store, Anthony, was great! I brought my fiance in to get her a new iPhone. Ant made it so easy and was very friendly. He walked us through all the new features of the camera, and even was able to find some discounts we qualified for on our monthly bill!! If you need a new phone, this is the guy you need to see!

I received a call from Anthony. It was not a sales call, it was just to check in on how I was enjoying my cellphone and plan. It was so nice!! He was able to make some adjustments that were long overdue, and found me some monthly savings. I will be in to change my phone soon probably around Christmas! I am glad to have picked up the phone.

Angie is Awesome. Very thorough and patient. There was a problem with Verizon's system which made our transaction complicated. But Angie handled it with competence and high level customer service. Highly recommended.

Store is not really that clean, floor dirty and the place has an odor. It was dark inside and not really welcoming to walk in clients. We walked in to buy a new phone and supplies. They had some things on display but you get more at a best buy or similar places. We were not even greeted when we arrived even though we made eye contact and said hello. We were there for about a half hour before anyone else came in, but when they did that person was greeted and says that they will be right with them. So I guess we are chopped liver. Verizon has bad customer service over the phone, so why should I be surprised that a store is any different.
