I had been at this location previously and had a great experience. Today when I was feeling really bad and did not prefer going to an ER/ED, so Patient First was the only option for me, knowing how well I was cared for before. I was not disappointed. Everyone was helpful, and most all were friendly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Some staff were more clinical and less personable than others, but I think age and experience may be a factor, so that's not a detractor for me. I felt listened to and treated with the utmost professional respect. I Have recommended Patient First Langhorne to others and will happily do so again. Thanks to all for their kindness today.

I loved it. Sign in was so easy and efficient. It was all a very relaxing, non stressful visit. Very clean if I lived here, this would be the place I would want to go but I wouldn’t care to see the physician who attended me again. I thought he was short in his mannerisms and made me feel like I had wasted his time which was all of five minutes. I was hurting and very uncomfortable, he could’ve been more sympathetic.

Service from everyone I interacted with, was amazing. Also beautiful facility. Very clean and relaxing music plays in the room while you wait for the doc to come in. I was taken back in less than 5 mins from check in. I'm definitely going here for my urgent needs, from now on.

I would kindly advise please restrict using this facility for any urgent needs and it is better off to go to ER. Very poor service, was made to wait for 2 hrs without seeing doctor and the only reply for the entire two hours was there were 3 pts ahead of us. With just two doctors on site how it is possible to review and treat patients in an urgent manner? I will not even give a star for the review and unfortunately google doesn't allow it.

Having 2 boys (8yo and 10yo) we (unfortunately) visit this location frequently! The last visit was on 9/16 and my youngest received stitches on his chin from a bicycle accident. I was SO impressed with how quickly he was seen and treated. Each member of the staff was so kind and made my son feel so comfortable. I know that we were lucky to arrive when they didn’t have a lot of patients to see, but we were literally in and out in 30 minutes (including the time to stitch him up!). I know people like to leave negative reviews but I just want to express how happy I was with the service and treatment, and leave a positive review for having such a positive experience!

Rude & unhelpful staff. My Husband & I were seeking help for urgent care and they gave us the wrong advice. They even sent us to complete blood work without a subscription. When attending our bloodwork appointment, Quest said they couldn’t host us because we needed a subscription. We call this location again, and they said we couldn’t get a subscription there… Even though they gave us advice to visit Quest. They also informed my husband to complete vaccinations he didn’t need!!!!! Nonetheless, we visited another Patient First location, they were so kind, willing to help us find answers, and if need be help us complete a subscription for bloodwork. OVERALL, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY DON’T HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND.

I do not understand all the positive reviews for this place. I went twice, and each time they tried to push an Xray that was totally unnecessary (first time was a deep cut to the tip of my thumb that was not even close to bone; second time was an abdominal blunt force trauma that agin, was not close to any bone). My last visit after I declined the Xray the doctor said I'd have to go the ER for an abdominal CT scan because they don't do those there, a fact that would be nice to know before I waited around and paid for what was essentially a useless visit. The doctor also asked for a urine sample but then never took it; I realized when I was driving home and called and was told I can come back if I want. I try to avoid urgent care at all costs and this is why.

Very caring and assuring staff. I came in 15 minutes before closing, which I felt bad about in spite of needing care. As uncomfortable as I was coming in, the staff did everything in their power to make me felt valued and cared for. They took their time, gave me straight answers, and sent me on my way with a diagnosis and medications for my illness. If you're sick or in an emergent health situation, I highly recommend this spot to fix yourself up!

I absolutely loved it. Lexi my nurse and Tony the xray technician were all incredibly nice and made me feel very relaxed. My Dr (whom I sadly forget the name of) was also very sweet and understanding. All three of them were worried about their examination causing me more pain, which nobody else has ever been worried about. All around, I can't praise you guys highly enough.

I’m from out of state, staying with a family member when I started to not feel well. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back here again if I need to, and recommend their services. They were very attentive to what I was saying and respectful.
