Called in for a pick up lunch order the other day. It was my first time ordering from here and the lady on the phone was very patient and nice. We ordered 8 falafel sandwiches and 6 pieces of falafel, with sides of tahini and spicy sauce. They prepared everything for us in under 25 minutes. The sandwiches were packaged nicely. In my sandwich I added labneh and it was sooo good. They also had pickles in the sandwich which was my favorite add in. Will definitely be back to have this again!

We come here at least a couple of times a month. If it was closer we would come more often. The food is not fancy looking but always consistently excellent. It is authentic Arabic food, exactly like we would get back in the Middle East. The falafel is made fresh upon ordering and is genuinely the best we have tried in the US (and we have tried a lot!!). The chicken is tender and juicy and the lamb shawerma is excellent! Highly recommend this place!

Great little place on 46! Very clean. Very friendly and service was terrific. Then the food! OMG! Had the Eggplant, Cauliflower and Zucchini with sauces. Then my favorite- a falafel! So overstuffed I couldn't finish it! Waiting to try a new dessert not on the menu! Sounds delicious! Stop by you will love it!!

This place used to be my favorite. But recently on two different visits I received falafel sandwich which was very dry and not so good in taste. Their falafels had so much oil the entire paper bag was covered in oil and oil was dripping out of it. I hope you take note and take time to prepare your food.

First time here. Large portions, meat was moist and tender. Baba ganouj and hummus were not watered down-sign of quality. Friendly service. Definitely coming back.

This place is great. The food is excellent, it comes out fast, the menu is varied, and everything is clean. I highly recommend visiting King Falafel. The outdoor seating doesn’t have a super good view, but that’s to be expected given the location. I love this place!

My husband recently watched a YouTube video about this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. When we arrived we were greeted by a very polite young woman. She was smiling and made us feel welcome. The service overall was excellent. There were 5 of us and we two ordered the platter for 2. It was enormous! My kids are between 8 to 13 years old and we ended up with leftovers. We wanted to try their dessert and it didn’t disappoint. The baklava had a lovely flavor and the rice pudding was one of our favorites. Overall, we all agreed it’s a win. My 8 year old said write it’s a 10 out of 10. The photo is the 2 platters combined on one tray for us.

The food at King Falafel is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at this place… (I Hope to offer my apparel manufacturing services) I would love to produce t-shirts,polo,flyers and more for this great place 🙌🏽

I absolutely love this place. Ever since they opened a few years ago their food has been consistent. High quality food, fresh ingredients, great prices and great customer service. From their falafel, sauces, salads, sandwiches, vegan options etc etc. Once you try this place, you will be a customer for life. 🥰❤️

Ordered and delivered on DoorDash today 3/31/22 for lunch, I let them know I had never had Shawarma or Falafel before. I was not disappointed! Food was Excellent! They even left me a kind note hoping I enjoy the food. Also sent me a free baklava! Seriously can’t say enough about it. Great food and great service, will definitely order again! Also do not pass up on the garlic sauce! That was absolutely amazing!

This place is so authentic. The first place I had my Mediterranean taste developed and of-course beautiful memories with this place. Visited after a long time again and the quality is same but the price went ☝️and quantity 👇🏻.

Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice shame on you. We got very sick eating the falafel sandwich. Freind’s told me they had diarrhea eating their food but I didn’t believe. The first time I ordered the falafel sandwich it had a bad smell like it was rotten so we threw it away. Gave them a second chance and this time I took one bite and it tasted bad. Threw the sandwich in the garbage and next day I had diarrhea. Don’t go here unless you want diarrhea. Called the store but he was rude and denied I bought the sandwich from him. I have the receipt to prove it but he didn’t want to hear it. Very rude costumer service.

First and foremost I thank God for giving me the opportunity to eat and try amazing good that God has allowed us to eat. The ingredients and the what of the meat and food goes a long way. Not alot of places in South Paterson season the meet. Some places I went to not even the vegetables had flavor . The beef shawarma with salad, tahini, onions and a really good pocket of pita comes really well together and tastes absolutely amazing . The price is high but you are getting every penny you pay for. The staff is very responsive, respectable and very attentive. Thank you for serving this delicious great quality food.

Israeli / Arab food heaven! Fresh, delicious, full of flavor, a ton of options for vegans and vegetarians, and so many gluten free options. We had chopped salad with tahini, fried cauliflower, the best hummus, grape leaves, foul (fava beans), falafel, pitas, fries, baba ganoush, cheese burekas, grilled shrimps, and shawarma. Nothing was short of perfect. For dessert we had delicious malabi and baklawah and we will have knaffe next time. The server Miriam was helpful and nice. We will definitely come back. Editing: we came back a week later and the meal was just as perfect! Also had knaffeh and tabbouleh this time.

This is a great place for authentic falafel, kebab and shawarm.. You can sit down to eat, but it looks like the idea is mainly that you take out. I came in late on a Saturday so they ran out of beef shawarma, that happens, and their chicken shawarma was good. But go for the beef one. Also they make everything back in the kitchen and not in front of you like in the middle east, but that's fine too. Definitely recommend trying different things. The food is authentic.

I love this place. Way better tasting than the other local falafel places. I have never had an issue with my order and the employees are very friendly and kind. Alwyas busy when I pick up so give them some extra time with your order.

All I can say is wow! Hummus was very rich and creamy. Falafels we’re full of flavor (a lot of places are very bland). Can’t believe I haven’t tried this place before. Will definitely be going back.

We just stopped here randomly as we were in the area, and it doesn't look like anything special from the outside, but wow the food, service, everything was fantastic. The homemade pickles were spicy and delicious.

King Falafel continues to live up to it's name. I accidentally stumbled here returning from NYC a few years back, initially fell in love with the Tabouli and Hummus but everything I tasted has been consistently of the highest quality of freshness and deliciousness. Last night I catered a party for a 100 people, the food was delivered fresh, warm and generously, nothing lacked of the rich variety that I ordered. My guests made it a point to come up to me and rave about how delicious everything was. This is my definite favorite Mediterranean go to place for my family and now for larger events too. It was a beauty. Thank you Sami for your incredible customer care , it was a pleasure.

when I first saw the ad from this place it was on Instagram. I saved it in my phone and wanted to try it one day. I ordered the two meat platter with a side of rice and salad. I wanted the grilled chicken and the shrimp mixed in with my rice which I asked the girl to do. but they gave me a side of shrimp instead of mixing it with a platter. instead of me eating the shrimp by itself I just added it to my platter however, they give you so much chicken that is really hard to mix everything together. the food is lsnt nasty it's cool. But one platter is enough to share with two people. lol next time I go I think I will get a pita wrap instead lol. BUT if you need a lot of protein this is the place to go they give you so much meat. I prefer to order online. if you go inside to order, you will wait about 10 to 15 minutes for your order which isnt bad! THEIR SALAD IS GOOD :-)

They really do live up to their name. They're the king of falafel. Came here with my family while on a trip and their service was amazing. Their food was really good and the staff were really nice. Barely had to wait for my food and their food was amazing. Definitely will be swinging by for some falafel and shawarma next time I'm around. :)

Was working on the highway wanted something other then fast food so I took a chance on the KING... got the most incredible gyro I ever had. now i drive from Staten Island just to get it.. BEST SANDWICH EVER
