Great place! I've been going there since I was a little girl over 50 years ago. It should be a historic landmark in the city of Newark. You can't beat the quality of their products anywhere in Newark.

If you're a Avid coffee drinker this is a must stop if you're in Newark. The smell is intoxicating as you walk through the door you're hit with multiple coffee Aromas with the mixture of Sweetness from the candies and the roasting of the nuts. The Latte is unbelievably good huge selection of different roasts and different beans lots of assortments a nuts in fresh dried fruits along with candies and chocolate covered everything

One of the benefits to working in the federal court building was the ability to shop in this incredible establishment. The wonderful aroma as you walk in the door sets the mood for the experience. Not only are their products unequalled in this area but the staff could not be more knowledgeable nor more courteous. Yep, time for a trip to Newark.

Loads of different types of coffee beans and flavors. And if I'm not coming here for the coffee I'm picking up from their huge selection of candies or natural foods. They grind their own peanut butter right in the back of the shop. And all the staff are friendly and helpful. Yes they sell tea, too. Edit: Just saw the Peanut Butter and Egg Nog syrups to die for

A must see! Words cannot express how amazing this place is. Coffee is grounded for you on location and they have chocolate and treats that you can’t find anywhere. If you are visiting from out of town and want something authentic and beyond great...stop in here- you will not be disappointed. They have loose tea as well

Love the nuts there. Fresh roasted peanuts are the best. They have snacks even for those who are diabetic.

I love their dried fruits and nuts and old fashioned candies. They also have great medicinal teas and wonderful coffee and coffee beans. A great place!

After reading my first review regarding the beans being burnt, Robert responded. Very stand- up of him to replace the order with much better roasted beans. You can actually smell coffee. We had the Brazil this morning and the flavor was medium, not acidic, a little nutty. Greatly appreciate a business that stands up to their products and respects their customers. So it smelled great & so many things inside... ordered a large latte & went looking around. Couple minutes go by I come back to the front and reached to grab my drink and she's handing it to a cop that walked in a couple minutes behind me and said I didn't even explain if I wanted sugar and cinnamon or what kind of latte I wanted.... Now drinking it & it's horrible...

It's heaps of coffee as soon as you walk in. More than a century old, they make you a blend just how you like it. I usually go there for the African coffee beans. All the single origins are available here!!
